So I have been going to Panera for quite sometime now. I am giving it a 4 because lately (the past 6 months) have just been ok. Prior to that it has always been a 5 for me. I love their Chai Tea Latte, caramel latte, chocolate chip bagel, all of their scones, iced green tea, and my favorite sandwich is the Sierra Turkey. I just recently (approx 3 months) have started to drink their coffee and it is very good! The reason for the 4 stars is it seems like they just piece things together to get it out the door which is so frustrating because I know they are capable if they just took one more minute to spread everything out evenly it would be perfect. I know that they are extremely busy and the public can be a pain in the a$$ but they should care a little more. My highest recommendation is the rapid pick up, it is awesome! I even have my kids hooked on it!

I give this location a try every 6 months or so, and every time Im disappointed. The interior layout is a little awkward and the waits are on the long side, but the real problem is the food prep and ingredient quality. They make all sandwiches as half sandwiches and do it kind of carelessly, so theyre always a sloppy mess that falls apart. The vegetables are lower quality than youd expect for the price, and theyre pretty skimpy on the meat and cheese. Everything Ive ever ordered has also been covered with bits of feta cheese (which I despise) because they dont clean the prep areas between orders. Given the wide option of other soup/salad/sandwich places in the area, Id recommend giving this particular Panera a pass.

Worst experience at any Panera Ive ever had. My girlfriend and I visited and the first sandwich they gave her was improperly made and wasnt even toasted like it should have been. She then asked for it to be redone and the women, who we later found out to be a manager, was extremely rude and vicious to her to the point that she was so upset she didnt even want her meal anymore, which was STILL wrong the second time. I asked to speak with the store manager and demanded a full refund and for him to speak with his lower managers about proper etiquette when speaking to customers. He refunded the meal, apologized profusely, and said that he would speak to her. Needless to say I will not be visiting this Panera again.

I have always found Panera to be a great place to have a good cup of coffee or lunch and have a nice place to do some work. This Panera is anything but that. I came in at 7pm and starting at 7:30 the screaming and unprofessional behavior of its staff was completely unacceptable. Not only was it a disruption to the patrons but it was also distracting and disrespectful. Grow up Panera workers.

THE SOUFFLE IS A LIE! why does Panera never have any fracking souffles? I ask the Panera employees: "Are therere any coming?", at 10:30 on Sunday; "Nope", they say. WTF! and Paneras Chai latte is too hot and not as good as at Starbucks. Bam!

Ordered the Smokehouse Turkey® from the Framingham cafe. "Smoked turkey breast, smoked bacon, smoked cheddar & sun-dried tomato ale mustard grilled hot on our Artisan Three Cheese bread." No bacon, no tomato and cold. Great work folks.

Great place for breakfast / lunch or dinner. Nice place for all people. Baked items, coffee, smoothies soups sandwiches and pasta dishes. Free water from the soda fountain.
