The owner Donald is a giant jerk. He joked about an associate of his passing away when she was going in for surgery to remove a tumor. The individual is very young and was scared about the procedure trust in the fact she did not welcome the comments, she was embarrassed and hurt by his words Nobody should treat theyre help that way. Its absolutely discusting to think anyone would behave like this. Hopefully karma will take care of the solution.

Used to come here often but today will be the last time. Sat down. Wait 10 minutes for 2 coffees. The waitress gives the coffee to us. Then after another 40 minutes waiting to order we walked out. Noone even noticed but hey...free coffee and the phoenix is taking care of us.

I will never eat at scramblers again! The toast and home fries were so dried out. Who looked to be a owner behind the counter was laughing so loud it was annoying. The best thing about this breakfast place are the waitresss always upbeat and nice.

Honestly I have never had a bad experience here and i love the wait staff. I am all about my scramblers <3. Perhaps the people who had poor experiences came in on an off day. I say give them another go.

Great food and coffee, even though their coffee creamer hurts my stomach for some reason so I avoid it. Their food is my favorite part! Service is also great, the waitresses smile and are always happy.
