Wow ! Repas mémorable ! Vue incroyable! Wow ! Unforgettable meal! Incredible view! One of the best meals Ive eaten in my life! Our choice two nights in a row. Impressive view on the sea, good service and friendly staff, always happy to explain you the menu and answer your questions. Expect to pay an average of 30$ US per meal. Expect a long wait for a large group (1h30 for a party of 12 in our case, on a saturday night). They dont take reservations, but the wait is completely worth it, if you ask me. You can stay at the 3rd floor bar with a "beeper" while you wait to be seated.

Started off by grabbing a few drinks and appetizers at the Top of The Ketch bar. Great service, good portions, and food was good too. Only downfall was drinks served in plastic cups - I felt like I was at a frat party more than a beach side bar. Things went downhill fast when we went for dinner on the 2nd floor main dining room. My husband ordered the Caribbean Chicken and I the Fried Scallops. My scallops came out OK and were good. My husbands dish however came made with two different kinds of FISH - not chicken! They dont even have a Caribbean Fish dish on their menu - so I have no idea how they even made it. We sent it back and waited forever. I was done my meal before his came back - made with the correct ingredients this time! We go the bill - nothing was comped! We complained. the manager came over and explained that she took a $10 martini off the bill, but not the food because he ate it. I have never heard of this in my life - what was he supposed to do with it?! They refused to take the full $18 cost of his meal off the bill even when we made a scene. In his opinion even if it had come out correct the first time the dish was bland and not worth the price. Avoid the dining room at this place at all costs! I hope the $8 they saved that night was worth it to them for this bad review.

My wife and I went there for dinner and drinks tonight. Were 29 and wanted to have a couple drinks, check the place out and relax while having a nice view. Our drinks were VERY good (although my cabotini was a little pricey at $10. My wifes drinks were good at $6 & 7.50), the bruschetta was just ok. It was more of overly cheesy garlic bread with some chopped tomato on top. The buffalo fingers were great. For meals, our crab roll and fish and chips were very good. We finished with a chocolate mouse cake that was very heavy and awesome and a berry/cake/cheesecake that tasted identical to entenmanns lemon danish. It was fantastic. During our meal, we got to listen to some very good acoustic music. To top it all off, our waitress Meredith was exceptional. We were pleasantly surprised, for a young waitress, her attitude, outgoingness and ability to stay on top of everything we needed was perfect. Overall, I doubt we would eat downstairs where food is twice the price. But for a relaxing time and good food, the open top deck cant be beat. We will be going back in the near future

I have been to The Sea Ketch numerous times. The view of Hampton Beach from the top 2 decks is beautiful. There are many menu options however the prices being charged are outrageous for the quality coming from the kitchen. The location is amazing, hopefully one day the food will compare to the view at The Sea Ketch. The bill was $74 (without tip) for 2 Cesar salads both with shrimp (that you could have bounced off the deck floor they were so rubbery) and an order of whole belly clams (which had more sand then Id choose to consume), 2 seltzers and an iced tea. Whats wrong with this picture? The owners could only benefit from having stellar product - why wouldnt they want to? Based on how tourists flock to this location perhaps they feel they dont have to try any harder. Gordon Ramsey would butcher the food here. What a shame...perhaps he should visit. 3 stars...for the live music and view.

Came here twice on Vaca because my friend reccomeneded it. We came for breakfast, and the head waitress was very rude bossing the staff around. Im not much of a breakfast person so I asked for a lunch menu. They wouldnt allow the same server to take a breakfast and a lunch order. They offered to send a separate server over, but made me feel like it was a little bit of an inconvenience. Then tried them for dinner and the menu had very limited non seafood options, and what they did have was unreasonably priced. ($22 for chicken Alfredo...get real) the portion size was okay, but the food was mediocre. Alfredo was bland, and the veggies looked like they came from a steamed bag, andddd the waitress didnt put my order through correct. Very upset my friend convinced me to give them another shot.

I asked for a sirloin steak medium and got a well done then when I said something to he waitress she wasnt helpful at all. I asked for the manager and when the Manger came she was very disrespectful and telling me the it had red in it. When a medium is a light red . I was with 3 other people and they all seen what I wanted return . By the time my food came everyone was done eating I asked for another manager and got the owner . Another ride individual . I have run a company for 2 years as a general manager and never experienced anything like I did at sea ketch . I will not be coming back here as Ive always come here for my seafood but ruined it with this bad service I got this one time.

Most bizarre experience. There were 10 of us for dinner. Spent over $400.00. My 4 year old granddaughter was playing with one of those little candles you get at The Christmas Tree Shop, long story short some crazy wacko guy came running out to our table screaming at us that we were talking a candle with us and they cost $50. He literally verbally attacked us accusing us of stealing a cheap candle. I told him he should be fired treating customers so poorly and upsetting my Grandchildren. Walking out the door man asked " is this what all that was about?" He took the candle out of his pocket he picked up as he passed our table. Never been treated so poorly in a restaurant before.

We have been coming here for a few years have never had a problem. A friend bought a gift card, not only did it never come in the mail, we had to call and ask where it was because it took so long. We celebrate our anniversary at the beach and used our gift card, much to our surprise they said it had a zero balance! After some phone calls the manager asked us to come back and speak with her. Yes they gave me another gift card, however it was extremely embarrassing to not be able to use our original card and were talked to like trash. Im extremely disappointed and offended, we love the atmosphere even though prices are high, but get your stuff together. Seriously
