I came in around 2:30 with my fiancé and daughter. First off the hosts was very rude and cocky asking us if we mind sitting at the bar? Um yes we have a newborn baby and I want to enjoy my dinner and not be distributed by the loud noise and all I rather prefer to sit in the dinning room as she walked away with an attitude. 2. I had a new serve who apparently didnt know the menu didnt know the drinks and all so she just kept asking someone else and it was ridiculous. so I asked nicely if I could get a nother server to another host. Ive been coming here for over 5yrs. Now here comes the management asking me why I want a different server? I have never in my 5yrs. Have been asked. So I told them I would just like a different waitress please. Now here is management talking over me and keep asking me why I wanted another girl. I was nicely and said thank u but forget it were just leaving and he kept going and wouldnt stop harassing us now and got in our faces. I was speeches I said please just walk away from us were leaving and yet he wouldnt he just waited for us to leave. I didnt make a sense like this guy did!!! I will never step foot in this place or spend my hard working money here ever again! P.s you shouldnt be having that kind of position if you cant understand the customer and be polite and leave us alone as we are leaving. 2 maybe you shouldnt be working with the public 3rd. Never leave a new waiter alone without someone helping her if she runs in to any kind of problem! Thank you but im disgusted

Very disrespected at the Dartmouth location went out with friends to have a good night, my boyfriend and his friend who are 21 both ordered drinks and where talking and laughing and because they were laughing the waitresses accused them of having a fake ID so she checked them again and brought over drinks they finished them and got their food and asked for a second one to have with their meal, she then refuses saying she doesnt feel right about giving them a drink and doesnt wanna loose her job... Manager comes over and as well says he must agree with waitress although the boys were not driving and Im under age and our other friend is so we would be driving.... NEVER again will I eat at a TGIF restaurant couldnt even eat my meal and refused to pay for it. Hate wasting food but I felt sick to my stomach with anger from being embarrassed and disrespected for trying to have a night out with friends!

The food was pretty good but our waiter really sucked. Got the 10$ burger wings beer and instead of buffalo I got some way too sweet ones. While waiting for those too arrive at the end of my meal I noticed that the people adjacent to us also had the order wrong. The hostess had her child in a booth but then it started to run amok and she never bothered to wrangle it. Waiter never asked how the meal was and never came back with the extra napkins I asked for or if we wanted more of our endless apps or drink refills. All in all it was a pretty bad experience and we have been to this location several times. Next time we consider lunch this is not going to be anywhere near the top of the list.

Actually its been going down hill for a while. They just started online ordering and the first time I ordered it tasted like they microwaved our food the sauce had separated. Just today I went there it was not busy at all I saw the manager standing around talking to the waitresses and we waited 10 mins before we walked out because no one came to even get a drink order. Not to mention last two times I went there the silver ware was dirty and had food on it. Maybe if it was busy and I didnt see the manager standing around I would have cut them some slack.

Happy medium; me and my boyfriend order our drinks and meals, first there was something floating in his drink, when the food arrived he had asked for his burger done medium, this thing was burnt, & I mean BURNT. Also asked for tomatoes on my salad and there werent any, after wait 10 minutes for another buger we just asked to take our food to go. The waitress was really nice and had taken the burger and soda off the bill. Good thing we only went there because we had a gift card. Wont be going there again.

This place is incapable of getting an order right or serving food at the proper temperature. Of my last three times eating here not a single meal has come out the way I ordered it. The reason Im writing this review tonight is that my burger didnt have the sauce I ordered on it, came with tomatoes I specifically said I didnt want and the french fries were refrigerator temperature. They also choose not to answer the phones for takeout post 11 PM despite being open until 1AM.

We ordered takeout and while he enjoyed his meal and the green bean fries were good,my bruschetta chicken pasta was awful! I have ordered this many times and always loved it. This time however I got spaghetti with chicken on it. There were no tomatoes or anything else resembling bruschetta. Huge disappointment!

Writing this review as I wait to be seated. I had a reservation for 8pm and upon arrival was told I would be seated in a few minutes. It is now 30 minutes later and I have discovered that they do not honor or understand how a reservation works. Food is alright, I have been here before. Service is 50/50.

the service was very slow, the hostess had her 4 year son running around the restaurant, the food took over 45 min. then came out wrong when i informed the waitress that it was not right,she acted very annoyed at us about it, i will never go to this tgif again.

Service was good, and food wad good. This restaurant is an ordinary T.G.I. Fridays with main seating, takeout, and a full sized bar with flat screen TVs. Every time I go here, we are seated right away without any wait. This place is good for kids.

Best all around local restaurant! Amazing we had ribs, spinach, and tomato mozzarella salad and flat iron steak then yummy desert Oreo madness. Wonderful experience great service we will be back with the whole family! (8 of us)

We ordered 3 beers: a bud light, a coors light, and a Dos equis. They gave us 3 identical beers (all bud light) then insisted that theyd gotten it correct. Oh, and this was on FRIDAY. You people SUCK at your jobs. Period.

Usually I always have a great experience dining in here. However... take-out is quite the opposite. Dont. I repeat DO NOT get takeout from here. Its a fiasco in a big brown bag. Not worth the stress just go in and eat.

Nice, cozy atmosphere. Friendly staff. Bring a sweatshirt as they blast the AC even at night. One issue I had was the long wait for our appetizers and meal. Great location...Shoe store, Target, and across from the mall

terrible service, ordered a drink with my meal and never received one even after telling waitress three times, had to eat my meal without a soda, and was charged for it. I will not be coming back here ever again
