So me and my family are at the mall here in Braintree, Mass, and we decided to grab some lunch at the foodcourt. Me and my mom had decided to go get something from Johnny Rockes and my dad went to get some pizza. Naturally, my family family wanted to eat together, so as Johnny Rockets had some slightly seperated seating we told my dad we would sit there so he could join us. Unfortunately the waitress had calmly told us that my dad was not allowed to bring outside food into their seating area. So my mom asked for our drinks, which we already had, to-go. The waitress galdly agreed to grab us to-go cups as my dad left for the regular food court, when their manager, Craig, had appeared out of nowhere yelling at us! He began yelling about his food inspection the day prior and that is why my dad was not allowed to join us. We had told him we were leaving and he followed us outside the restaraunt continuing to yell at us. At this point, we were very embarassed because everyone had stopped to see this scene unfold. My mom had turned around, looked at the man and yelled back, "stop yelling at us! We've left!" While Craig continued to yell at us calling is rude and saying how "disrespectful" is was that we brought outside food into his restaraunt, even though we just wanted to eat as a family, in a MALL FOODCOURT. A local resident who saw how this manager behaved came to us and stated that she could not believe his reaction. She went inside to get his name and told us even the employees were embarassed by their managers behavior. #willnotreturn

I literally never write reviews, but felt the need to write this review because of how phenomenal my service was at this Johnny Rockets. If you guys actually read this, you NEED to give Becky a raise, or make her a manager. She was nice, professional, quick, did not make any mistakes, and quite honestly was working 10 times as hard as anyone else working there. She was taking orders, on the grill, making shakes, working the register, seating people, and even took the time to write "Have a happy holiday!" on each of our receipts! Its small things like this that go a long way. It was the topic of conversation at my table for a while, as we watched as the other employees were standing around and having pow-wows left and right, while Becky did all of the work, for all of the tables. We all gave her a huge tip, because she deserved it 100%. Anyway, the food here is always great, so keep up the good work. And hire more Beckys. And for Gods sake, give her a raise!

Order a kids grill cheese and fries... it was horrible. When I asked for new fries that were hard and cold. No sorry about that or anything. Man just gave new fries (not much better than first ones) and not even a sorry or have a nice day or anything. Horrible service. Never eating there again...

Honestly, I didnt think I was going to like it all since it was just a little place in the food court, but I was pleasantly surprised. Good burgers, and good shakes. Biggest issue is sandwiches dont come standard with a side.

The h*ll is this, waiting here with my friends and nobody comes, they give us glances while we stare back and they dont, come the food is great but the service is abolute bullocks

Good food and nice decor but bad service. You have to try and pin down a server to get refills and then you get it only begrudgingly.
