My husband and I went to the waffel house on union deposit road. The staff was rude and talking about stuff that should not be talked about when you have guest in your facility. The floors were nasty with food and stuff on them. The food was OK except the waffles were hard and didnt taste good at all. The employees were more interested in talking about there personal life and about customers that were in there eating. If I could hear what they were saying so Im sure those customers could as well. They need beter managets who can make the staff better with the customers and make it a better place to eat. We use to come there 2-3 a week to eat. But the food isnt a good as it was and we and other people just dont see it like it use to be. The customets should be helped out and not a custmoer that comes in and orders food.and just wants money. And why give a tip id they dont do anything for you.

Wonderful service!!! Amazing food!!! Servers are very attentive and well mannered. I love the atmosphere here! All the employees got along very well & gave off wonderful energy. My drink came out after my meal but it was very busy and I understood that my server could only go but so fast. I fail to understand why there are so many complaints about this place. Especially because there are so many people waiting 20-30 minutes just to eat here. There food is that fantastic!!! My new favorite place. I will most definitely be going back SOON!!

I hate this place. I went there when it opened and had bad service with bad food. Tried it again about two months ago with my nephew because hes a waffle freak and thinks this is the best place in the world, and my food was cold and no wonder since our waiter only appeared about three times. To take our order, deliver our food after about a half hour and then to give us our bill. He was stand-offish and made me feel like I was disturbing him.

Well after reading the reviews I still made an attempt to come to this Waffle House the only reason I gave it to stars is because the waitress tried really hard and I appreciate that other than that the food was not great the manager yelled and screamed over every plate before it was delivered to the table and as I complained about that to her she offered my mail to be free so Ill accept that but I will never come back to this place be careful

I love the food when the younger crowd is working however I was there at 2 am and had a woman waitress that would not stop talking and that made it hard to enjoy my meal especially when she sat next to me and bashed the third shift young cook everyone has a bad day and I was there that night and it wasnt what she said it was lieing about another coworker and down grading them is unprofessional and I will not return when she is working!!

Ive been here a few times and the servers are always great. However tonight Im disappointed with management for not scheduling additional servers after a large concert at Hershey Stadium. The wait is super long and we are all very tired. We sat at our table for 15-20 minutes before being asked what drinks we wanted. And two tables were left uncleared for a long period of time while additional guests sat in the waiting area.

We were very pleased with our breakfast this morning. Our family is larger than average (two adults and seven kids) but the staff treated us just like any other customers. When the sun hurt our daughters eyes, they moved us to another table without complaint - even though it meant changing servers. Also, the prices are good, and the food is on the higher end of the diner fare scale. All in all, a great experience!

The food was cold. The service was horrid and the environment was disgusting. Dirty floors. Food was being drooped on the floor. Trash was dropped and not picked up till later.No hair nets were used. And on top of that my friend had an eyelash in her food. They had No gloves on And no time was even given to order. Absolutely ridiculous. Never going back.

What can be said hat hasnt been said..its just a horrible experience, filthy customer service doesnt exists. This place really hires anyone, an employee was nodding off at her work station. And she wasnt sleeping, i know a drug addict when I see one. Just bad man, employees having a open discussion about felatio..when IHOP comes this place is doomed!

Went to this one once. NEVER AGAIN. Eiletst and racist. There was a preppy rich family that looked eerily like a Ralph Lauren Ad that came in after us and got a table before us. Not to mention the black couple that was in line before us. Took us forever to get a table and our food. If you arent a rich white prep dont think about going here.

I had the most wonderful experience at the waffle house on union deposit. the service was great the food was wonderful I could not have asked for more. cortney and lindsey served my party of 15 with great speed and accuracy while chris the chef prrpared our food fast and hot. It was delicious. I will definitely return.

Really shouldnt give any stars. Worst experience ever. Got seated at a dirty table took 10 minutes just to get a towel to wipe down. Theres a manager that just stands around and yells and stays on her personal cell phone. Amazing! My husband gets up to use the bathroom and the waitress tries to take his seat! WTH.

Well I like my coffee with cream or milk. They didnt have either and didnt even have a packet of imitation cream. So I did have the coffee black. There was one other person in the restaurant and the waitress never came over to ask if I wanted more coffee or if everything was okay. The waffle and eggs were fine.

Hashbrowns were over cooked on one side and under cooked on the other. No crackers for chilli. I ate my entire meal with no one coming to refill my drink. We had to go and ask for refills and then wait for our waitress to finish playing with her phone. Just an all around poor experience.

This place was total garbage. We got waited on after people who got here after us. Wound up walking out because the people I just referred to got to order, eat, pay, and leave before we even got our food order put in. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Would not recommend.

Not sure why this place has a 3.5 rating. If you can scratch under your weave with 1inch nails before telling a table the food sucks here. Then drop silverware on the floor, pick it up, then apologize as youre handing it back to me, and have that rating.... Kudos to you!

Worse experience of my life. Slow food. Mentally handicapped waitress who could not add up the bill. Over charged extremely. $26 for a 7.20 and 9.50 breakfast with coffee. Food all over the cooking equipment. Horrible service. Avoid this place at all costs. Find an IHOP!
