They screwedup my order even though it was read back to me item for item correctly. When I said it was wrong the lady who took my order lied and said I didnt order the item. I have the call recorded and I listened to it again and she clearly repeats back the item "spaghetti and meatballs" to me on the call! Told the manager and offered to play the call recording for her. She gave zero concern to the matter and dismissed it because "they were busy." Call me a liar when youre the one lying and make no effort to correct the mistake nor even an apology! This must be the worst customer service experience of my life! Dont go here unless you want to be called a liar and dismissed by the management!

I have been there a few times and the food was always perfect. The LAST time I went, the appetizer was terrible and the Veal Parm was inexcusable. When informed, the cook (manager/owner?) came out into the dining room, pulled a chair up to my table and proceeded to yell at everyone at the table how he had had a hard day and had to make everything from scratch, how he had tried our appetizer and it was perfect, etc. We were tempted to walk out, but unlike the cook, we decided to show some class by paying before walking out. NEVER! EVER! GOING! BACK!

I was travelling from Portsmouth, VA to Raleigh, NC and needed to stop somewhere for dinner. Staff was nice. Service was good. I ordered a Cheese Steak with no peppers, no mushrooms, extra onions. My sub had raw onions. Who makes a Cheese Steak with raw onions? It would have been a great dinner had the onions been cooked with the meat. I LOVE ONIONS!!! The raw ones overpowered the sub.Not happy.

We just had there Stromboli and we wasted $23.00 it was mostly dough (very little toppings) only about half of it had toppings, we have tried most all of there appetizers and they are not very good, there pizza is not bad ! We have eaten here about 10 times sence it opened but we will only be eating there pizza in the future

The pizza was OK. Not the best, not the worst. They were quite nice but there was a woman doming there with two small children. Instead of interaction with her kids she instead chose to play videos at a loud volume while drinking a huge glass of chardonnay. Allowing this distraction is enough to drive us elsewhere.

The service was horrible.... The sweet tea was nasty so I asked could trade it in for another he told me no..... He never had any complaints before... Hes see my work shirt and says how long u been working at 711... Which one the new one.... And shake his head.... Never again!!! Horrible..!!!!!

As a local small business owner I appreciate AlForno being here, maybe some entrées are viewed as expensive but I find it cheaper then others (Olive G)... service has always been excellent food is good. I vote to keep local business alive.. so come check it out.... lasagna is amazing!

Visiting from out of town and this place was recommended. Outstanding food and service. We had pizza and since my likes alfredo sauce on his pizza, they were able to make him one and it was the BEST hed ever had. The cheese bread appetizer was delicious. Definitely was worth the stop.

Very good pizza, and the service was excellent! My only complaint is that I wish they were more generous with the toppings. We ordered extra cheese and it was like we got the regular amount. The pizza was so good tho that it kind of made up for it. I will definitely be going back!

The food taste great. Taste home made and the people are amazing. Its my favorite neighborhood home feeling, family style, relaxed place to eat. The staff is wonderful and the portions are like my mom was throwing it down in the kitchen. I recomend to everyone.

Always love this restaurant ... Authentic Italian dishes. Just awesome. The place is small, so take-out is a good option too. Pizza comes in all sizes. It is frequented by old timers and pasta-lovers. Waiting place is a small area with a small bench.

Wait staff was excellent. Waited a good while for food that was just okay and over priced. They charged for a kids drink and switching my salad to soup. Plate of sphegetti with meat balls, up charge cup of soup, and childs pizza/ drink totaled $23.

Great little pizza shop. Good was great and the service was exceptional. This is one of those places you cant pass up. The staff treats you like family. Overall a great experience, and the place I will frequent when I want pizza.

agree with first poster, way over priced. Food wasnt bad but for the price it shoulda been better. When youre chicken parm dinner ($14.95) comes out with two slices of mozz on it that should be your first clue. Sauce was ok.

I walked in and heard the cooks speaking Italian. What more can you say? I ordered penne and it beat out Olive Garden by a mile. Recommend this place to anyone who enjoys truly authentic Italian food.

Not the greatest. Sauce was out of the can (and it was orange in color). Chicken Parm dinner was unfortunately rubbery. Pizza was ok. Service was good. Price was a surprisingly high for the quality.

Ordered lasagne and spaghetti with meat sauce. Both were over salted. The lasagna didnt look like any lasagna I have ever saw and tasted even worse. Stay away from this place!
