I came in today to get the Unicorn frappuccino. My coworker and I were so excited to try it for the first time. Just as we arrived they put up a tiny sign that said "Sorry, we are out." Since we were there anyway, we tried to buy my boss a plain black tea but the cashier, Liah, was extremely rude. She did not effectively communicate the type of teas offered and was disgruntled when we tried to explain what we wanted. I also wanted to purchase a regular DCC frappuccino and was given an attitude because apparently they were of the cream base. The entire experience was bad so I grabbed my tea and left to go to another Starbucks up the street.

Today I received horrible service. The lady that made my to go order wanted to argue with me. I told her I added caramel drizzle and whipped cream. She stated that she didnt receive it on her end. She also said it was a light frappuccino. That has nothing to do with me adding toppings. I had to ask for another container because when she added the toppings it was sloppy. The night before the young lady that helped me was great and didnt have a problem nor did she get smart. Bad attitudes will cause the loss of good customers. The order was placed at 9:48 a.m. Just horrible!!

Generally, All the employees are very nice. They remember your order. If you are in the mood for something different, they dont get annoyed even if they already started your regular drink. If they have already made your regular drink, they simply offer it to you @ no cost. The store is generally always clean. There are times when the table 28th the milk & sugar get messy. If you tell them they get right on cleaning it. I like going to this Store.

This place is a bit too cramped to be comfortable, so Id only get my order to go. The coffee and sandwich I ordered was very good. I just couldnt fully get settled in the actual shop. Its not an ideal place to sit for long periods of time.

I did not get the warm and welcoming feeling that I get from most Starbucks locations. I feel like the cashier was kind of rushing me and had a hard time getting my order. Drink was prepared fine and tasted ok.
