Im a coffee lover new to the Canton area and I was excited to learn that this cafe was close by my place. Sadly, that excitement was short lived. The first time I went here the staff was rude, my drink was made poorly and the butter on the bagel I got tasted like it had been left out for days. I decided to give it another try and went there to do some work (one good thing is the free wifi). My latte was again made poorly and the staff members talked so loudly (inappropriate comments about customers who were barely out of earshot!) I couldnt get a thing done. I wont be going back again.

The first time I tried to eat here they were out of the first three things I picked on the menu. So I left disappointed and irritated. I came back to this area and they were literally the only food establishment open before 10 Sunday morning so I tried again. I had the breakfast powerhouse, which is tomato, egg, pesto and lettuce on an everything bagel. Delicious! There flavor balance worked perfectly. Highly recommend this sandwich.

The Firehouse is a great place to hang out and work- there is plenty of space, free wifi, and power outlets line the walls. There used to be some pretty cranky staff, but now there are several new people who are wonderful. The sandwiches are very good and they introduced me to cinnamon spice tea which Im eternally grateful for. I wish they stayed open later.

Nice environment, good study setup with large and small tables, couple comfy couches. Ive tried a couple of the muffins, which I thought were good. Coffee was OK. I give it four stars because I think the prices are way high. Parking can be a hassle around there as well.

If you are into coffee, skip this place. They dont even grind the espresso fresh and the barista didnt even tamp my shot. No pourovers or anything like that. Atmosphere is nice and it seems like a good place to get some work done, but the coffee is super meh.

Love firehouse coffee - the staff is always so friendly, the coffee is great and so is the 80s music! I usually dont stray from my boring hazelnut coffee but it seems like they always have new interesting flavors.

I loved the portion size provided for the cost. Its a nice, cozy spot with friendly and helpful staff. Great food! I would definitely come again if Im ever in the area once more.

My favorite place to sit and relax or work on my laptop. Usually has great music playing. And the staff is nice too. Great for deserts.
