This place is over an hour from where I live, so I only go there on occasions like someone elses birthday, maybe 3 times a year. Its one of the few places open on Christmas however, a plus. The food is fairly good, but not as good as some other Japanese places. However most Japanese places vary by the person preparing the food. As another reviewer noted, fried rice is extra, not a plus as this is a reason a lot of people go Japanese. I have had under cooked meat and vegetables here as well, but at other places as well, again varies by chef. Food is a bit pricy compared to other Japanese places as others mention. I have never had bad service here, though I have seen others receive it. Im giving them 4 stars, Ill give Sakura 5, they are my personal favorite. When its my turn to pick, I know where Im going!

Go to Tonys! Do not waste your time or money here. The only thing they offer is better ambiance. The food portions are smaller and the size of the meat/seafood is smaller and everything, especially the sushi, is waaaay overpriced and just not that great. This place was ok when it opened but now you can see the grease on the walls and the whole place is going down hill, fast. Tonys will offer you much better and higher quality food so you actually get what you pay for. Tonys also has better specials including free rolls and great lunch specials.

Overpriced, cant believe they charge extra for the fried rice. What a ripoff. Every other Japanese steak house Ive been to includes it in their overpriced menu items. Vegetables werent cooked consistently, some where still raw, others soft. Steak and Shrimp were good, but overpriced. They did offer what seemed like larger portions than similar places.

Food very good. Our waitress seemed new. Could not answere some of our questions. Food expensive but probably the same as other restaurants of this type. I was surprised to see the fried rice was $4 extra per meal. Young grandchildren enjoyed themselves and the restaurant very accomodating to the kids. Also many young children there.

Osaka is one of my favorite hibachi styled restaurants. They have great food and the prices are manageable. the staff is friendly and greet you with smiles. The sushi bar is huge in selection and delicious in taste. If you come here I can guarantee youll keep coming back when you want to dine a little fancier than usual.

Ordered sushi from here to try it out and it was so gross that I couldnt finish the first piece of my roll. Not to mention the staff was super unfriendly and one roll took about over 30 minutes to make and the place was dead with no customers?? Safe to say I wont ever be going back.

My favorite place for Sushi in Eldersburg! When we have date night this is one of our favorite places to just sit at the bar and order sushi and have a few beverages. The staff is pleasant and always helpful. I would recommend to anyone.

It took 20 minutes to be seated, another 30 for drinks. There were 2 chefs in the entire restaurant. The sushi was okay, but was all put onto one plate. Nobody knew what roll was what, and the sushi gave 3 people in our party ill.
