I came here about 3 mo the ago and felt indifferent so I decided to give it another try. My husband and I took our two medium size dogs. The shampoo seemed very watered down, they ran out of conditioner but had a leave in spray but it wasnt soft at all. Then the water pressure went very soft after a few minutes because the turn their wash machine on. It was such a huge difference in pressure that I asked if she would mind starting the wash machine after I finished, she said yes and did, that was nice. When I asked to use the Fermorator brush they said theirs broke and they havent replaced it. I know these places are not going to be spotless and its where dogs are geoomed. But this place looks and smells like it never gets cleaned ot wiped down. The employee that checked us out had no knowledge of the products they sell, couldnt even answer a simple question about a certain item, so I had to Google it. $68. For 2 dogs, 40lbs and 65lbs, and a nail trim. When we went to this other place in Annapolis we only paid $55. We will definitely be going back to Bark n beans. We came here to Mutt and Joe because we couldnt get a last min appointment at Bark N Beans. To the owner of Mutt and Joe, I would return to your place if... You have a stock of much needed supplies for grooming (conditioner, shampoo thats not so watered down, Fermorator, sink drains that dont clog in seconds, better towels) Cleaner surfaces, cleaner floors, employees knowledgeable of products. I usually only give great reviews but I felt others should really know what to expect.

Was once my favorite place and they do a great job but recent experience was not a good one. Besides there website and FB hours/days of operation being incorrect. I arrived at 340 and they were closed, even though the sign on door says open till 4pm. I was able to get the attention of one employee. I only needed nails trimmed on one dog but they told me No they had closed .I have four dogs can I tell you how much money i have spent at this establishment. Never a good idea to turn away a loyal customer since they opened. Very disappointed in their work ethic and customer service.

The cafe side has excellent coffee and a wonderful selection of smoothies & sandwiches! The barista was also very pleasant & kind. The whole staff is in fact! They do a splendid job grooming my dogs, & the atmosphere is very relaxed. I love this business and the concept of it.

We have tried other grooming locations locally and find our dog gets overwhelmed. Mutt & Joe is great because theres not as many dogs at one time and way less barking than other places. Our pup is always happy to see his groomer and he comes home smelling clean and happy.

I havent had my dog groomed there, but I like ordering a coffee and a snack on the cafe side and taking it to the dog friendly side to enjoy while socializing or working on the computer with my best friend at my side. I just wish they were closer and had longer hours.
