My first and only visit to Caffe Pronto left a bitter taste in my mouth. I tried to simply order two shots of espresso over ice, only to be told that "they" dont prefer to serve it that way because "they" dont prefer the taste when it is made like that. I had entered this cafe with the impression that I would be the one drinking the espresso and not them, so I was somewhat puzzled by their reluctance. My barista and her coworker then spent a little while deciding whether or not they could break with management rules and allow me to have the drink I wanted. With noticeable, reluctant sighs they relented, but only after a stern reminder that my extremely simple drink choice was against store policy. Was I really asking for too much? Why was the customer service from this shop so horribly inadequate? As of yet, no response from the owner to this review - despite a response to Internet problems in February. This is also disappointing.

First impression: the atmosphere is warm and welcoming with ample space. They did the best they could to optimize seating with the small footprint. Customer Service: I go here often and am always greeted with a smile and someone who is knowledgable on the Ceremony product. Product: I have had everything from the standard drip coffee to the artisanal pour-over to the signature drinks. Theyre unmatched in Annapolis. You wont find a better cup anywhere.

This place has a good reputation, so I had high hopes for the coffee here. The first time, the coffee flavor was just...off. I chalked it up to an isolated experience. I went again a few weeks later and did a pour-over with a different roast. Still...the flavor was off. I tried it a third time, and have come to the realization that I just dont like their coffee. Genuinely confused what the fuss is about.

Best coffee and best cappuccino in town. No contest. The prices for food may be higher, but you get what you pay for. Finally a coffee shop that offers more than dry pastries, and premade items. Great sandwiches, and soup. My favorite is the Cuban sandwich. Did I mention that they make designs in the foam on your drinks?

Very happy. This is the only place in about 30 miles we have found baristas that really care about their craft. They make actual foam and espresso thats wonderfully balanced! Go here if you want to know what a cappuccino is supposed to taste like. Comparatively, every other shop nearby should be charging 1/3 of this place

Visited a few times while in Annapolis from out of town. Had a cortado, a pour over, and a nitro cold brew. All were excellent!! To the best of my knowledge, they do roast their own coffee. Good atmosphere and friendly baristas. Only minor downfall is I was not able to connect to wifi.

I love this store because I love coffee. Their coffee is the best Ive ever tasted. Vince knows how to roast it until it reaches maximum taste potential, and he knows how to stop before it burns loses its subtler points. This location has excellent, knowledgeable baristas and a good vibe.

Really good coffee but on the pricey side if you want soy or almond milk, no coconut. Expensive chocolates, snacks and baked goods. Everything looks wholesome and yummy. Nice sleek decor, but not the place for settling in with a cup of joe and your laptop or a good book.

Favorite spot for good coffee. Whether iced or hot, Ceremony has a good selection and offers quality coffee. They also have Soy and Almond milks for dairy alternatives. Great atmosphere and good music. Great for some school work hours or just to hang out with friends.

I havent been here in awhile so this visit was excellent. The barista was very busy but once he helped me with my order, he was helpful in answering my questions about some choices. Coffee wasnt super hot but was very smooth and excellent taste. Non acidic.

Very nice atmosphere. Cozy and quiet. Coffee and pastries were great. Definitely a more adult feel than Panera or Starbucks. I especially appreciated the small touches of how they finish their beverages with interesting serving ideas.

Always great, the custom brewed coffees are fantastic, As are all the sandwiches. Much better than any other place in the area. Its right next to Panera bread and a few other restaurants but this is definitely the best choice.

Nice atmosphere. Not your chain shop. Service was off the charts good. Plenty of plugs to keep laptop running. Screaming fast wifi, easy to connect. A very productive and pleasant 2 hours.

Best light roast coffee. Best espresso. I am so spoiled by this place. This place changed what I expect from coffee. If you are an espresso drinker you must try their "Destroyer" espresso.
