When we first moved here a couple years ago it was pretty good. But they have really gone down hill. Yesterday we arrived and the drive through was blocked with a chair. No explanation. Going inside revealed that the place was just not even clean anymore. And we ordered 3 bagels and a water and they got the order wrong. No water. When asking for the water they then revealed they were out of bottled water. I guess they just figured we wouldnt notice. This is not the only bad experience Ive had here. The last two trips were poor as well, with lost orders and just general slowness. I can promise this was my last time there. Im not a fan of writing bad reviews. But my hope is to save others from wasting their time or money at a place who cares so little about them.

They are quick to pull some BS out the hat when every little thing does not go their way. Further more, it depends on what the bagel is, what time it is, and how big the demand for the bagel is to make another batch. Theres plenty that say that the store is so bad and so unsanitary and they will never cone back yet, they turn out to be "regulars"..Smfh. dont like the store or the service...dont eat from there..dont start a world war about it.

This one is better then the other branches by far but they need to keep up with there selection of bagels. every other time i come here i cant get my green chille club Mex an thats a "F inn" bummer but that might mean there that good. you dont have to worry about stale bread or bagels...........

This is the best bagel place in the Severna Park / Broadneck area. They have a wide selection of delicious bagels and cream cheese spreads, as well as various pastries. The staff are very friendly and efficient, even when they get busy, which happens frequently on the weekends.

The last time I went there, a gigantic spider had built a web across three tables, which were all filthy. How long had it been since anyone had come into the dining area to clean the tables? What did the kitchen look like?? The food took forever to be made. In all, terrible.

If you want to wait for over 30 minutes then this is the place to go. You would think a bagel shop would be faster. If you choose the drive thru forget it, you will sit there for literally 30 minutes with only 4 cars in line. Great bagels but everything else is horrible.

Is a great place to go for breakfast or lunch the food is fantastic! Service is very friendly and accommodating. Although Einsteins is always kind of slow the staff here did what they could to get a thing done as quickly as possible. I truly enjoyed my experience here.

Ordered 2 bagels to go (12:15 pm - Sunday). Waited abouyt 10 minutes; had to ask about my order. Counter person checked, and filled order (skipped my order). Perhaps if the people behind the counter stopped talking and dancing, they could focus on servicing customers.

This was the Einsteins I went to regularly after Isabel closed the one in DTA and until the Parole TC location opened. I went here pre-and post-fire. The time when it was closed affect the fire and there was no other Einsteins for miles was known as the No Bagel Era.

Took more then a a half hour to wait in line get ordered and served.... In fact Im still waiting for my food when I realized how long this is taking... So I thought Id write a review for these Clowns !!!!! And the food sucked anyways...

Yum! The only decent bagel place in pretty much the whole area. Staff can get overwhelmed because they get so busy, though they always try to make it right. Love tgatvthey have a drive up as well.

Their bagels are really good but they close extremely early. The staff are always nice, in fact all the extra bagels are given away to the needy after closing.
