Everything is usually okay when we go here, but last night we went in to have soup, salads and sandwiches and my husbands soup was given to him cold. When he asked for another HOT soup the lady behind the pick up counter told him, "the soup was too expensive to just give him another one, but he could heat his up himself with the microwave near the drink counter". WTH? We know how expensive everything is at Panera which is why we dont go often. Our son was already eating and my husband was not going to drag him out of the restaurant. He was just too disgusted at that point to even eat his half a sandwich. So he went next door to Five Guys and got a fresh hot meal and returned. By that time our son was finished his mac & cheese and a manager just happened to see him walk in with the Five Guys bag (while we were all walking out the door). Of course he asked if everything was okay, we then filled him in on the situation and he tried to remedy but at that point it was too late. However, the GM called my husband this morning to apologize for the service last night and was sending us a gift card. At least they reached back out to make things right. Although, Im not so sure when we may be back in this PF location.

Great place. All the staff minus one manager is great. Very clean and fast with orders! Other than the one manager, I do enjoy coming here. Would be 5 stars if I didnt have the bad experience with the one manager. Would give the name but not trying to have any more drama with him. But I am not going to let him ruin a great place to eat and enjoy time with friends and family. I just schedule my time there when he isnt.

This place is clean and has a nice, if not commercial feel. Its Panera. You know what youre going to get. This location is quick and efficient. Its a cherished spot for people to come work, socialize and eat.

It is a Panera bread, it is consistent with other of this franchise that I have visited. $$ high for fast food but it isnt really fast food though.

I loooooooove their bagetes!!!! I would recommend the kids medium mac-and-cheese with the bread......... a full and hardy meal!! :D

Food is delicious and the wait is fairly short. Restrooms are frequently dirty, but that is from the customers not the staff.
