I had been to Beijing before and it was always pretty good food, so when my normal Chinese food restaurant closed I decided to try it. I got the wrong order at first and it took OVER 2 hours to actually get what I ordered, minus a bite taken out of an egg roll. The first time I called Beijing the man who took my order was quite rude and hard to understand.After repeating my order of three main entrees and an order of egg rolls at least four times and having the gentlemen repeat it, he told me it would be 45 minutes until I got my food delivered. After a hour and 20 minutes pass, I call Beijing. They told me the food would be here any minute. 10-15 minutes later it finally arrives and I signed my first credit card receipt. I bring the food into the kitchen to find out that it is completely the wrong order. I call Beijing again and after being put on hold (without being informed that I was being put on hold beforehand) for a few minutes I begin to explain that there was a mistake, It took quite a while to explain the situation for some reason and I was told that one of the main entrees I ordered hadnt been recorded so they would have to begin making it now. It took me quite a while to insist that yes, I had ordered a third entree. The woman on the phone must have thought I was lying. They also made sure to tell me that I would have to pay the full price for the third item when it arrived. Finally, they said the man who delivered the food would be back quickly with the other two main entrees and the egg rolls. I gave the wrong order back when he returned and received the two entrees and egg rolls I had ordered and signed another receipt. One of the egg rolls had a bite taken out of it, gross.The third, forgotten entree was delivered about 30 minutes after this and I signed a third receipt. The food wasnt bad, but the employees are very rude and they dont seem to do a very good job at simply taking orders and giving the correct order to the correct address. I will not be ordering from Beijing again.I would advise them to learn how to say things like thank you and please. Also, to better their customer service.

Beijing is great, not only because of the food but because of its great service. The staff there speak with a heavy accent so sometimes its hard to understand them, but they are very patient and always polite when they speak to their customers. Additionally, they have great takeout food. Granted, its not something that you would eat in a gourmet restaurant, but its good for when you just want something quick and delicious (my food, no matter how big the order, is always done in 15 min. or less). Finally, Id like to say that the decor is subpar--but its a takeout/carryout place! Im not expecting fancy stuff all over the walls and everyone to wear white tuxedos from this place; youre just supposed to take your food and GO. Who cares about the atmosphere?? As long as the people are nice and the food is good, Im satisfied. Overall, I love Beijing and I will continue to come here for a long time.

I just got take out at this place for the first time, and I have to say, I REALLY like it!! Food is very tasty and portions are HUGE, esp. for the very reasonable price (I got two of the lunch menu specials, they both came with a huge serving of rice and a nice Won Ton soup). I had asked for one white rice and one fried rice but ended up getting two fried rices - not a big deal, esp. since their fried rice is very tasty and not as greasy as it often is. I just started working in the area and will most certainly order from them again - they also deliver for free within a 6 mile radius (minimum of $15) so I would encourage everyone to try this place!!

They mixed up our order, which can happen to anyone, so thats no big deal. The issue was the customer service. First, they didnt believe me. Then they kept passing me back & forth between 2 people who kept asking the same questions. Then they argued with each other while I was on the line for about 10 minutes, periodically asking me to hold. It would have been nice to be told that they were sorry for the mixup & our food would be out ASAP. But instead they dragged me through their debate & then briefly said, "well send it out" and hung up the phone. When I called back to cancel & ask for a refund, they refused.

The food is very good, the service is quick and professional and the meals are inexpensive. They also have free delivery within a 6 mile radius with a minimum order. The portions are generous and you could easily split a meal between two people especially if you are ordering for children. The staff is hard working and they cook up your order as soon as you order. Overall, a very good choice for a quick tasty meal.

I love this place . the food is always hot , and is better than a lot of the Chinese places around here. the only negative things I have to say is the delivery takes way to long I live in Severna park only about 5 mins from Beijing and it still takes them 45 mins to deliver and the delivery guys asks for a tip .if I tip you its because of good customer service you do not ask for a tip!

Our family enjoys Chinese carryout. We did not enjoy this restaurants food. I said, "the place was full of people picking up when I got this." My wife said, "those people must not have ever tasted good Chinese food." This was our first time and well try another place next time we are in this area.

The BEST Chinese Carry-out/delivery EVER!! I have been using them for about 15 years now and have always gotten quality and quantity from this gem.. They have The BEST Beef Sticks and the freshest shrimp in thier meals!!! Yum! Ordering right now!!

Our family gets food here regularly and have always found it to be great! It you want a tasty, authentic Chinese food takeout, this is the place. I should point out that we are vegetarian, so our experience is with their vegetarian dishes.

First time I had shrimp fried rice wasnt bad . but the 2nd time all I asked for was fried wings apparently they usually they dont fry chicken they took a whole wing chopped it into 2 PCs and that batter I dont what it was let just say
