I was not a fan of Chick-fil-A until this location opened, and now its a whole family favorite. The staff is friendly and efficient, dine-in and drive-through. Dining in, they deliver the food to your table, fetch condiments, ask about refills, even bring high chairs and set out placemats for the little ones. After a table is vacated, someone swiftly wipes everything down. The wipes they use are also left out so a customer can do additional wiping if desired. Seriously the cleanest fast food restaurant Ive ever dined in. Drive-through, they are typically busy around lunch and dinner hours, but somehow always have spare staff when they need them and I have seen them taking as many as 6 drive-through orders simultaneously. I am always impressed by the number of customers they get through with such incredible speed. Additionally, we have a large family with a lot of custom orders due to food allergies and picky eaters (no pickles!!). We sit at the food window of every fast food drive-through we go to to check our meals for the inevitable incorrect order(s), but have stopped doing that at this location due to a 99% accuracy with our orders since they opened. Plus, the food is always piping hot and cooked correctly. So to sum up, theyre clean, theyre fast, theyre friendly, and they get it done right. Other chains should take notice. Our only complaint is that we cant go on Sunday.

Didnt hate them. Didnt like their unwillingness to let me have 3 to 4 packs of their Red Bell Peppers in place of their waffle fries. Even swap to me.... I cant eat fried foods. So with the 12 piece grilled nuggets meal..I wanted 4 packs of the red bell peppers. They wanted to change me extra. Because I wasnt buying a salad, only a meal. Actually they wouldve MADE money. Since I wanted to swap them out. Waffle fries are sold separately. Red bell peppers are FREE, as many as you want .....IF... Id bought a salad. So, the clerk didnt understand, Ill PAY for the meal, just swap out the $$$$$...you keep item... you keep the $$$$$ give me the FREE item. NOPE! YOU PAY FOR the food, toss it out for all they cared. Dont eat it. But you have to pay for both.. So, I left!!! Have a blessed day. Didnt buy anything at all. You lose, a returning customer. Ill go to another one that will accommodate, my not being able to have fried items. POOR, POOR CUSTOMERS SERVICE. over 4 free red bell peppers. Hummmm..Doesnt make sense. Youd think I was askin them to pay cash from their pocket or I was stealing it. .Have a blessed day.

This was emailed from a personal friend and I thought it would do good to spread some good news during the Christmas prep time. What a great example to follow of serving others when not required but definitely needed: "Wow! Chick Fil A has really done it this time. It was raining when we left the new one today on Ritchie Hwy, (Severna Park, MD) near Starbucks. An employee had a huge umbrella and held it over me as we walked to the car! The only other time someone has done that for me (that I remember) is when I got married! Way to go Chick Fil A! God bless those employees!"

Good food ,decent prices, good service and very friendly people ,it all makes for a great experience every time, their homemade sweet tea is amazingly great tasting but a little expensive at just under $5 a gallon, after the price hike. .... I dont buy it anywhere near as much as I used to ;) their milkshakes on the other hand ...although after going up slightly as well like everything inevitably does eventually in the Vicious Cycle of greed lol, its still a fantastic deal in comparison and by far the best tasting milkshake around town ,I think anyway :)

They have excellent service there!! They NEVER screw up your order!! Always so accurate, friendly, and the food is ten times better than McDonalds if you are going to out!! Of course its better for the grandkids...... My daughter doesnt mind me getting them dinner, but she cant stress enough, PLEASE; Chick-fil-A or like Boston Market!!! FAIR ENOUGH...........

Excellent service here, and the food is always excellent. However, for a chick fil-a there is NOT enough parking at all! Also the back entrance to the restaurant people will turn LEFT out exiting, when there is clear signage telling right turn only (almost causing me to hit people trying to sneak out in traffic). I almost wish there was no back entrance because of this.

This location is incredibly well-run. The staff are uniformly kind and helpful; for instance, they come by to ask if I want a drink refill or to clear trash. Even when the drive-thru lines are 8 deep and 2 wide, they manage to get you through in 5 minutes, which strikes me as a minor miracle. The place is spotless. A great spot to take my small kids for lunch and play.

Another top notch Chick-fil-A restaurant. This is one of our favorite ones to go to. Even when the line at the drive thru is extremely long, we are well on our way within 4-5 minutes. The staff here is exceptionally pleasant, even when you know they are working hard to keep up. Cudos to a great team.

What can I say? Its chick fil a. The milkshakes are comforting and the chicken is good. Weird phenomenon though... The day most people want chick fil a is on Sunday, which means it will be closed and you will be sad. Its OK though, come Monday it will open back up.

Great food, great options, the staff is very friendly and respectful to everyone. This location has the best customer service out of all the locations I have been to. The rest of the customer service industry in the USA should be trained by Chick-fil-a corporate.

Fast Friendly service as I have come to expect from Chick-fil-A. And I am so happy their peppermint milk shake is back. It is a must try with real chunks of chocolate chips (the square kind you get in mint choc. chip ice cream) and peppermint candy pieces. yum

This is a staple in my diet. Love their customer service. I swear they remember my name but maybe its just the cool app they use on the iPads to take your order. The personal drive thru service is soooo much better than the old way.

Great food with great service. The only downside is the parking lot when its busy. Chikafila is busy parking is always an issue. You would think that they are very popular that they would have a bigger parking lot.

For fries we got all the tiny pieces in the bottom of the tray. Not even big enough to dip. Nothing for vegeatarians. Hubbys sandwhich looked like it was smashed. Last trip to this place. Huge lines for NOTHING.

A customer shouted at me and my friends some homophobic slurs and no one who worked there did anything. Even after the customer left no manager or employee came over and asked what happened.
