2 stars, but I keep coming back.. I think I just need to look for a new wing place. Really, the reason I keep going is because its good for a group of friends to go watch a sporting event (or multiple events at once). Food is good, beer is priced ok, place is loud (but you should expect that going in - no negative points for this), service is crap. Best feature: Food and TVs Worst: Service. Ive waited in line for 2 hours before, which is fine on a busy day, but when a group of 4 teenage girls come waltzing in, walk past the host and others waiting, and seat them selves at an empty table that the servers have left empty and dirty for 10+ minutes, thats when I draw the line. Even worse, a server came over to them and started taking their order (at the dirty table). At that point, we (the masses at the door) made a big deal about it and the girls had to get up and wait in line like everyone else. What can you expect though? Its a bunch of high school kids working at a restaurant with what seems to be a high employee turnover rate. Cant tell you how many times parts of my order are forgotten completely (usually drinks - beer and water, dips, take out boxes, and even asking for the check). Whatever, its BWW. Youre not going for the service - youre going for the games and wings. Just dont expect too much and you wont be disappointed.

Ive eaten at over 10 different BW3s in 6 different states. This BW3s is the worst. After eating there twice in a month (1 dine-in/1 carryout) I decided to write this review. Ill start with the positives. Nice location, decent amount of parking, average to above average service, great beer selection, decent prices. That said, all of these things are secondary to the food, primarily the buffalo wings. Usually, I hit up BW3s on Tuesdays because most locations have some variation of a $.50/$.60/B6G6 wing special. On those days, I would forgive a restaurant for being a little off on their quality. Typically, Ive noticed the College Park, Bowie and Crystal City locations get a little stingy with their sauce. Id hate to see what this location does on a Tuesday considering there was almost no sauce on the wings on a Thursday and Sunday evening when the wings were full price. In addition to the sauce being almost non-existent, the wings werent crispy on either occasion, and were actually borderline under-cooked. I wont be eating at this location again.

I am never coming here again. Sometimes i can deal with bad service if the food is good, but the food is horrible and messy. I came in for carryout i waited 30 minutes before walking over the restaurant because they have a reputation for slow service. when i arrived i expected to maybe an additional 10 minute wait for them to get my order together (thats including waiting in line to pay for my order). i had to wait an additional 45 minutes to get my order which i had to send back because it was incorrect. i was so frustrated that i just asked for a refund and left. i will never return to this location, not even for the bar. they should just get rid of it and put in a Red Robin or a Union Jacks or something else more useful.

I placed an online order for pickup, scheduled for 6:40 PM. I arrived at 6:38 PM and paid for the order, and was told it would be out shortly. A full 17 minutes later when i asked when the order would be ready, the employees turned around and found that my order had been sitting in a bag directly behind them the entire time. Additionally, my fried mushroom appetizer order included a total of 6 mushrooms. At $6.49 for the appetizer, that amounts to over $1 for each mushroom. Completely unbelievable! The food was obviously cold, as it had been sitting on the counter even prior to my arrival.

Wish I could give zero stars, waitress forgets to put in appetizer, so we get it same time as food, wrong order for me so I get to watch my family eat, fills up my Sprite with water... Kids meal burger is burnt. Im not a picky diner, but this was probably worst dining experience. Worst waitress ever. Never apologized, which Im not asking for much just a simple" my bad". I know the burnt kids meal burger was not her fault but dang everything else service wise was garbage, especially on a Saturday night- will never be back. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Trivia every wed night, service is usually pretty good, though they frequently bring my child lemon pepper instead of salt and vinegar... no idea why. We have had one problem with a server but the manager was on top of everything immediately. Tv coverage is great, to the point cant bring in the lil man when hes grounded lol. Theyre good when youre in a hurry and still take care of you when you pay your bill early. Kids meals have a punch card fill it up= free meal, wed kids night, double punch and its $2? So cheaper to get 2 meals and just toss the fries

The first burger they brought out, was completely wrong, missing the cheese and sauce that make the Southwest Black Bean Burger what it is. After asking the waiter if I was correct in assuming it was missing stuff, which he confirmed to be true, I asked for no pickles or tomato (which I didnt know it came with as their menu made no mention of that fact). The second burger took as long if not longer to come than the first, which tells me they didnt put it in as a refire. It also came with pickles and tomato. Im still waiting on my third burger.

Good food. My dad really liked the black bean burger and my wife liked her mild wings. I had the Buffalitos sandwich. It was good and the Caribbean jerk sauce had just the right amount of spice for me, although no Caribbean flavor. I also liked the Limeade. Its big. Service was poor. I waited awhile for my Limeade and we waited along time for the check, even after asking the server for it. Server was nice otherwise. Beer selection at all BWW franchises Ive been to is poor to average. Same here. Little or no local or craft beers.

I ordered small traditional wings with Asian zing sauce (my favorite) with a side order of coleslaw and another order of boneless wings with spice garlic and sweet BBQ. When I got back to my office, I was disappointed to see that my wings (both orders) were barely coated with sauce. WTF! I am paying $1 per wing, the least you could do is make sure the wings were coated completely with sauce. Isn’t the sauce what we are paying for? It was a complete waste of my money. Very disappointed!

Service here is awful. We sat in the bar area and only saw our waiter once, he didnt come back after taking our orders, luckily we ordered immediately when he came up. Food was fine and on par with other bww but still not revisit this location due to incredibly poor service. Tried to get refills at the bar from the bartender who had an attitude and only half filled one glass of water. Luckily we dont live in this area and there is a different franchise located nearer to our home.
