I wanted to place an order for takeout and waited, and waited. There were 5 servers around the bar and not one of them would take my order-too busy putting on hand cream and wondering where the bar person was. I did call back to speak to the manager and before I could speak to the manager, the girl that answered the phone told me that the reason no one could wait on me was because they couldnt run the bar register.....they are servers, they take orders. The manager was nice and apologized, but I still wont go back for the bad service. Too bad, I was here before and had no problems.

Its a Ruby Tuesday, the same as every other one on the planet, which must be part of its appeal. A national chain with predictably middle of the road food, always packed, for reasons I cant understand. With thousands of great local unique business, I recommend only eating here if you dont like to support local.

We had the ribs, Cajun and classic and a one trip salad bar. Food was just okay. Salad bar pretty well stocked but tomatoes on salad bar didnt look so good - maybe go with grape or cherry tomatoes in winter. Bathroom needs a deep cleaning and main dining area needs a deodorizer.

This place is dirty. You smell the kitchen from the parking lot. I can tell that there is no leadership in the kitchen and yhe front of house staff runs the floor. Where is the management? Ive never seen a restaurant with such disorganized chaos. Please fix your house!

Wait staff was very slow. My steak was way undercooked. It took 20 mins to get someone to attend to us. The manager can over and was not very helpful. He said, maybe it was just a grizzly steak, it happens sometimes....WHAT??? Last time I come here...

If Gordon Ramsey would visit this place, he would fu.. the kitchen and shut it down - only positive outlook at this time is Rob/Bob/Robert behind the bar - couple of guys like us and he may be able to let the bar survive

Bar tender is and drinks Are awesome. Great place to have a fes but the food is sub par and I have been grossed out there before but I will spare you the details due to the great service I recieved from the Bar tender.

The restaurant smelled a bit funny, the bathrooms were gross (which made me wonder about the kitchen) and our table was a bit dirty when we were seated. The food was standard for the chain, nothing special.

Went there with a group of 37. They were welcoming, where a lot of restaurant give you the deer in the headlight look. Fast friendly service even with a group this size. Food came out fast. I would go there.

Rude unprofessional staff. The inexperience of the staff and the just outright lousy food make this a place to run away from. Hard to believe a franchise can let this poor quality bear its name. Very poor.

Very hit and miss. Go when its not busy for a higher likelihood of a good experience. Also: dont go when the sun is out unless you have sunglasses. They dont close the blinds unless you raise heck.

Order the new colossal burger and it ended up being pink in the middle. So I order a cheese burger instead. The manager comped my meal. Great service thank you for a good meal.
