They have 9 pm closing on map by google, but. I was there 745, n got off phone in parking lot at 801, they said there would take my order but all the grills are off. I own a moving companing across street, i came out to enjoy the overpriced food, the girl acted like it was 10 o clock. I recommend that this business should be more customer friendly, why say your open , if your shutting before the time on the google maps says and 2 minutes caused a lot of aggrivation, especially when i was getting last min orders. I also notice/ heard on say see why i hate sunday. I have visited at least a hunder times, and i will say they need better managers, i will be sending this crazy , customer lacking experiece to all the peolpe i encounter. I bet she would have walked out to say get your order in if it was her money. She claimed to be manager, but i have never seen a manager like that STAY AWAY FROM POOR SERVICE AND LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY HAD FOR YEARS. AVOID CHARCOAL GRILL. UNLESS YOUR ADDICTED TO POOR SERVICE JIM

While observing the employees preparing my food, I noticed none of them were wearing gloves. The gentleman cooking the meat for sandwiches actually walked over to the grill with a mound of turkey in one hand and placed each slice on the grill with the other. The young lady slicing the meat didnt wear gloves. The other young lady preparing sandwiches handled the bread, lettuce and tomato without gloves. I am not sure of the FDA Food Codes but I dont like the idea that my food is being handled with bare hands. Besides hand washing, I guess hairnets are optional too. Other than that, the food was average. I live less than 10 minutes away. By the time I got home, my bread was soggy. Looking at past reviews, nothing has changed.

12/1/11, I was in the area and had a craving or fresh cut fries. So I decided to stop by a place, I had been for years. No one in line, the young lady who took my order was pleasant. The fries came out quickly (odd) and I took the bag of fries to my car. Open up the bag and they gave me old oily recooked little bits of fries. The ones at the bottom of pan. I went back to show the girl who gave me the fries. But through the glass partition she looked annoyed as she was trying to finish what she was doing on her phone. From that I, put the fries in the trash can, feeling my next batch of fries would be tainted and the service would be even poorer. People say the food is good but I wont ever know that to be true.

First time back in almost a year....I dont know where to start. I defended this place. I remember it being so great. I just got home to "enjoy" my beef/ham sandwich. Not only was it all beef, but they put all of my toppings on my girlfriends all ham sandwich, I had none! My beef was dry. Fries taste like they were made this morning. The only part of the order that wasnt screwed up/below average were the fountain drinks! For two sandwiches, regular fry, large Sprite, and regular Sprite it was $20.31. Hardly worth half of that. Sorry charcoal grill, I will not be returning until there is a major overhaul in the way you conduct business. Food here used to be top notch. Call Chef Ramsey.

So dissappointed. We have been coming to this place for 10+ years. This place use to be good. Went down hill past 5 years. Constantly messing up the orders. Order a collosal sandwich hoping to get more meat but they are so skimpy. We have gave this place plenty of second chances but we wont be suckered again. Dont waste your time or money, if you want a good pit beef sandwich the best place to go is CHAPS! Chaps gives plenty of meat and has fast and friendly customer service. Pictures are of a "colossal" sandwich that was ordered on a Kaiser roll, came on rye.

Been going there for years. Prices keep going up and the portions keep getting smaller. Ask for well done pit beef and get a soggy bloody roll every time. Rib portion, size is like something from a kids menu. Wont be going back. Found a fantastic place on Belair Rd. in the Putty Hill shopping center, BULLS EYES. This place is the BEST for pit beef, turkey, ham, ribs, Italian sausage, hamburgers, hot dogs, salads. GREAT food @ BULLS EYES and GREAT prices too! Cant beat the portions either.....

I lived a mile from this place for a decade and LOVED their wings and sandwiches, we would go there 2-3X a month. I moved a year ago and was really happy when my wife had to go to that area and asked if I wanted my HOT HOT wing order...hell yeah! They got home and they looked like a wet paper towel covered in orange sauce. The sauce was great but the wings were so floppy and un-crisp I wasnt sure they were even cooked. Ate 2-3 and chucked them. I hope this was just a bad day...

So grossed out by them Not using gloves making the food, Especially sandwiches!!! Its disgusting that they all touch money, body parts, hair etc then they put their bare hands all over kaiser rolls and everything else. Pleaseeeee do better! There is a such thing as food sanitary gloves. One employee touched her nose, then pushed her hair behind her ear, next grabbed a roll with same hands to spread mayonnaise. Gross!!

Wow. What a terrible experience. They answer the phone in a very unfriendly way. You cant understand what they are say. After being charged 33% more then what i was told it would cost. They got the order wrong and shorted me plus the food ended up being soggy and gross. They did nothing to try and fix their mistake. Would never recommend this place to anyone after this. What a waste of time and money.

Google should add a 6th star specifically for this place. A friend introduced me recently when they picked up dinner on their way to my house which is about 30m away. Now I find myself constantly asking them to bring food or commuting myself to Charcoal Grill. Ive had several menu options now from wings, sandwiches, appetizers to lemonade and not one thing has been less phenomenal.

The sandwiches are still good but the fries have really gone down hill. Also, I bought a hot dog and I have never seen one that has the thickness of a sharpie. It was the smallest hotdog ever sold in the history of the United States. I would still eat here but just stick to the sandwiches. And only if Katie Dantoni is buying.

Not sure whats more appealing here. The unfriendly cashier playing withe her nose ring, the food prep person not wearing gloves or the inability to provide a WELL DONE NO PINK BEEF sandwich but still charging you 7.00. The negative here is nothing new. Been rude employees for a few years. Lesson learned on not trying again.

I had heard nothing but great things about this place, I decided to go one Friday evening and while observing watching the lady make people their food I saw her wipe her face and her nose. She than begin to prep someones sandwich without washing her hands or even wearing gloves!! I decided not to eat there and I never will.
