My husband and I had the worst customer service experience ever the other day when we walked into this IHOP. We only spent about two minutes before we walked out but it was a shocking two minutes all the same. First off, no-one greeted us in any way accept to excuse themselves as they walked by while we waited at the hostess station. When the hostess finally deigned to notice us, she simply picked up two menus & started walking away. And when we hesitated, not knowing if we should follow, she looked back over her shouldering at us with a rude look that clearly said "What are you waiting for?" At this point we looked at each other with the same thought of "Really?" and walked out never to return. Unless you hate customer service, I advise you avoid this place like the plague.

My boyfriend and I stayed at a nearby hotel. we ate here late night around midnight, the food was excellent and the service was especially excellent. we had such a great experience that we decided to have breakfast here in the morning and were just as pleased if not more so than the night before. the staff here was so extremely polite and friendly and made us feel welcomed and valued as soon as we walked through the door. we often travel and dine out in many different restaurants and have not felt this valued as customers in ages. The IHOP staff including the cooks deserve many many kudos!! Thank you! Great experience all around.Absolutely outstanding!

The food on this visit was made correctly. I ordered to go since I had to return to work and paid via credit card. The next day I checked my transaction and noticed I was charged a $1.00 more than what I authorized to pay. I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager. He tried to explained why the store receipt was tampered with. I told him it is illegal to alter a customers receipt once they have signed it. He then offered to return the dollar and a gave me a free meal. I will not return to this establishment and I advise people, who choose not to pay using cash, to check their account the following day.

I got there at 615 am, 3 employees were standing around doing nothing. No greeting so I just sat down in a booth. I was the only customer in the store but not one of those employees came to the table to take my order. After ten minutes a man who I presumed was the manager came from the back and asked them if anyone had taken my order. Another five minutes pasted with no waiter coming to my table so I got up and left. Mind you, I was the only customer in the store. This store has a serious staffing problem, terrible attitudes and terrible customer service. Stay Away!

The food was just horrible the cook you can tell did not care what he was foing. We received our order cold and it took more than 10 minutes just to get syrup and a refill of water . keep in mind this was in the middle of the night with only one other couple in the restaurant. We wanted to try this place for a second time because we thought the first time was bad but maybe we caught it at the wrong time. We will never come back here again. The server laid more attention to her boyfriend outside than to customers. Unacceptable!

We were greeted professionally, no wait sit down. Manager came out spoke to us access have we been helped yet. Service was quick. Dont think we waited no more than five minutes before I fool came. Our waitress was very polite friendly. Food was delicious and hot which is a plus. The variety of all coffee creamers were on point. Some of the IHOPs or should I say other IHOPs in our area do not provide that service. Overall a wonderful experience. Well be coming back very soon. Thank you.

Waitress was standing at the front and the manager on duty had to tell her to turn around in order to greet me...she did and acted like she did not see me, 30 seconds later she turns around and goes "oh, there you are!". Sat down to order, food was nasty/dry and the waitress decided to do refills/dress the table while I was dining, thus leaning over my food and I could not enjoy. Very rude and I did not leave a tip and I wont be back. Dont waste your time nor money here smh.

The server was very friendly and she was really eager to take our order, even though we confused her a little. The food was wonderful and the surrounding customers were quite polite as well. I enjoyed my experience, and if I lived around this area, Id come here more often.

Out of all the Ihops I have had the chance to visit, this place has one of the best customer service experiences I have received (only rivalled by college park). Beware of the one in Columbia heights. That being said the place is a bit small (rectangular) but a good stop

Can cook very well, but if you are a visitor from the Mid West and you like grits this is not the area for this and yes there Black and still do not know how to cook cheese grits. They need to work on the grits other than that service was Exallent, Food Was great✡✡✡

My husband and I came on a Saturday morning in the afternoon, our hostess was lovely but we sat at our table 20 minutes without ever seeing our server or even getting water. We finally handed our menus back and left. I have never had such terrible service.

Surprisingly great service! Dont let the area or small building fool you. They go an extra mile than most Restaurants, like reheat your food if cold or Sterilize your silverware. Our server a cute petite woman probably the smallest server there.

The service was subpar at best. Clinton, Oxon Hill & the IHOP by the Pentagon City mall are by far the very best in this area. Never an attitude given, no matter how crowded. I wont be going back to this location.
