The service at this location was so terrible that I felt compelled to write a rating, in the hopes that a corporate manager reads these and can take action. I first tried this location about 2 months ago. I sat in the drive through for 35 minutes, with only 3 cars ahead of me. However, I thought "maybe they were short of staff that night." I tried them again tonight, but went inside to see if I would get faster service. What occurred was a shame. The one cashier working told me shed get to me next, but didnt for over 15 minutes. Meanwhile they served the lady before me her order, but didnt tell her that they ran out of her items. They just gave her something else without asking her preference. When she asked a worker walking by about it, he shrugged and said "oh we ran out of that a long time ago, so...". The cashier never stopped to respond to the woman who kept flagging her for assistance. The cashier, did approach another customer to tell him they only had two small chicken tenders for the larger combo he already paid for and asked "if he still wanted them or what", with a lot of attitude. He was completely fustrated. Meanwhile, I was STILL waiting to be served with no one in front of me, so I left. What made all of this worse is that the workers reported that they were out of food at 9 pm when the store closes at 2 a.m. The place was clearly under staffed, under stocked (reportedly), lacking in customer service skills, and didnt look clean at all. Please fix or close this location because the service here is extremely poor. Do not stop here if youre a consumer.

This place is a total rip-off. I went there couple times because the KFC at Glenmont Station closed. The first time I ordered Double Down meal and I was surprised to see it listed at $7.99 because it was $6.99 when I ordered from Glenmont Station KFC. I thought KFC raised the price for Double Down so I let it go. I went there again yesterday for Taco Bells $2 Gordita Supreme meal and they charged me $2.69 without tax. By then I started to realize that this place is a rip-off because I just ordered the same meal the day before at another Taco Bell location for $2. As far as the food goes, they are horrendously small. The Double Down I ordered was considerably smaller than the ones from Glenmont Station. I also tried the $5 Original Recipe Filet meal and the filet was so small its almost like a chicken strip. I could get McDonalds 3-piece Chicken Selects meal for around the same price and its much more filling. Conclusion, this place is horrible. It charges more than any other KFC/Taco Bell restaurants in the area and its food are way smaller than it should be.

There are 90,000 people behind the counter, yet they cannot get an order correct. There is close to zero customer service at the register, and it just gets worse from there. There is another Taco Bell close, and Im sure another place to get chicken. Id suggest actively avoiding this establishment unless youre a first responder dealing with an emergency. If I won free food for a year from this place, Id donate it to someone I dont like. If you do go here, and actually get the food that you order, and its not all jammed into a bag two sizes too small, you should go buy a lottery ticket because youre on a real winning streak.

They always get my order correct, thats about where the compliments end. The service here has got to be the slowest I have ever seen, consistently slow. I stop at this taco bell with friends about 2-3 times a year on some mini-trips we do because of its convenience to 95 and the fact that I can get KFC and the bell. These people walk around like zombies and have no understanding of what to do. I dont blame them, its the management, they need to figure this place out and wipe it clean. I understand getting business from travelers but there is no way any locals would bother with this location.

We ordered a diet Mt. Dew through the drive-through as part of our meal. It tasted really bad and was way too dark in color. I parked, brought the drink in, and told them about it. They asked me which machine the drink came from - like I am supposed to know. Then they told me that there was nothing wrong with their machine, but that I could refill the cup with something else if I wanted. Bad Dew and bad service. Otherwise the food was fine and the order came quickly enough.

Ever notice the "participation varies" at the bottom of commercials for nationally advertised sales that Taco Bell is running? Well I promise you this restaurant does not participant in ANY of those promotions. Prepare yourself to pay at least 25% more than any other Taco Bell youve been to in your life and yeah, the portion sizes are very small. Google maps says theres another Taco Bell about 2.5 miles from here, youre better off at that one.

Worst KFC Toco Bell EVER! They were out of EVERYTHING! My children wanted ketchup, no ketchup, my children wanted Soda the soda was flat. Amongst other things. There was one working that I could sympathize for he is a little on the heavy side. He was doing everything. He was doing his best but its not his flat the manger does not do it JOB and hire people. I would not recommend this fast food restaurant.

This is the only taco bell near my house, and it is the slowest fast food place I have ever been. Ive at in the drive through for 25 minutes before finally paying. Ive gotten fed up and left before ordering the wait was so bad multiple times. Its absolutely awful for wait times. The food is good once you get it, if you have the patience to sit for a half hour for it.

I like Taco Bell, but I love this Taco bell. They are always rushing to make the food and serve. They can do too much sometimes at the Lobby, but the Drive thru is actually the fastest. The manager having a lot of hair always give me a great smile when i go there. They fixed my daughters food and they give her a free cinamon twist. Thanks Guys, Keep it up...

Been here too many times expecting the service to change. Minimum 20 minutes wait in drive-thru no matter how few cars. Can never understand the cashier through the speaker, employees are brief and rude, not to mention the prices here are unexplainably higher for every item on the Taco Bell menu. At night the service is even worse somehow.

Terrible service. My order took forever, and when I was about to take it the cashier was asking for my receipt. I told her my mother was the one who had paid and left, but she wouldnt believe me. Ended up going behind the register to grab my food. Lines here at night are slow, sometimes even worse than Chipotle. Wouldnt recommend.

As someone whos been a local to the area for a long time now I can honestly say that unless youre a patient person this is not the place for you. As others have stated long wait times are customary here; but if you can Overlook that then this is an okay place to eat as far as Taco Bells go.
