This is the first time I have been to an Elevation Burger so this review is completely based on my experiences at this location, which wasnt pleasant for a couple of reasons. I will say I would consider giving another Elevation Burger a shot in the future. Food - This is probably the strongest point in the review. The food, while not amazing, did taste alright. It seemed a lot more greasy than it needed to be, though. For the price, it is kind of like a worse Five Guys in my eyes. Service - I went into Elevation Burger two times. The first time they gave us someone elses food (similar order), and didnt realize it for a couple of minutes. While mistakes do happen, I did see them give the food we had touched to someone else. Disgusting. Being the only place around that offers milk shakes, we decided we would rush back, and stop there for an evening dessert. The second visit we came approximately 30 minutes before their website said they were closing to buy milk shakes. The "Open" sign had already been turned off in hopes of probably preventing people from coming inside. We went in, started looking over the milk shake menu, and talked amongst ourselves about what we wanted. The employee told us that their machine was broken, and we left. Conclusion - In conclusion, if youre looking for an alright burger, and dont mind potentially bad service, this Elevation Burger may be right for you. I wouldnt personally give this location another chance in the near future.

My boyfriend and I visited this location on 8/8/17. As soon as we walked in we noticed it was very dirty, with trash and spills on the floor. There was no one in line and only one group sitting at a table with food. All four employees saw us come in and no one acknowledged us. One was on the phone presumably taking an order...or so I thought. We took some time to look at the menu and still no one spoke to us. We stepped up to the register to order. The girl on the phone passed it off to someone else at which point I began to suspect it wasnt a customer on the phone but a friend since she had been on the phone the entire time and was laughing. Instead of taking our order she grabbed a broom and started half-heartedly sweeping behind the counter at the register where we were standing, not even bothering to look at us. I have no idea how the food was because at this point we decided to go somewhere where someone would at least bother to take our order. When we left the line was to the door but obviously there was no sense of urgency to take care of their customers.

Will never be returning here again. I had ordered a veggie burger and they completely made my order wrong. It was missing nearly half the items I requested and payed extra for and the burger was made sloppy it was practically falling apart. I returned back expressing the order was incorrect and they didnt even make me a new one but simply put a slice of cheese on the grill and placed it on the burger and whatever else was missing. The bread was completely soggy and the whole burger was falling apart so I asked for a new one in which the lady at the register said she would bring to my table. I waited for about 10 minutes and she never brought my food so my boyfriend went to go check and he brought me the new burger to me. I expected way better as this was my first time here and was highly dissatisfied.

One register with 15 people in line, not a single table clean and floors are gross like they havent been swept all day. Very very slow line. Appears only four are working on a busy Saturday night. Update: asked someone to clean some tables and they said they didnt have time so I grabbed their table rag and cleaned some for myself and others. Last, the bathroom was disgusting with toilet paper all over the floor and no paper towels. Im usually fine with a couple of these but really elevation burger? This is disgusting.... Edit: 30 minutes later they did come and sweep the floor. Edit 2: they dont have bacon for the burgers Update three weeks later. They have not emailed me back, responded to this review of tweeted me back. They must not care. This review has now been seen almost 2k times lol.

What a great place for a vegetable conscious omnivore like myself. I went on a business trip to the National Harbor recently and stayed at the Gaylord Hotel and Convention Center. I looked for alternate places to eat outside of the hotel as I was trying not to spend too much of the companys money. I walked to the other end of the harbor and found Elevation Burger. The burger was good, the fries were great, but what impressed me the most? I got a double-decker burger with one meat patty and one veggie patty! Not only do they offer this unique burger (to me at least) but even asked if I had a preference in how the patties were stacked. I am going to have to start asking more places if they will offer this type of arrangement of burger patties!

My wife, son, and I ate here while I was staying at the Gaylord for my conference. Loved the food. Delicious burgers!! Fries were adequate. Yummy milkshake! I got the double cheeseburger, dry (though not on purpose; I messed up ordering). Still juicy and good. My wife got a regular burger and commented that the elevation sauce was very good. Service was not friendly but also not hostile—basically like dealing with robots. Could use more space and tables. There were two open tables after we ordered, only one was clean, and it wasnt extraordinarily clean. The deliciousness of the food makes the problems excusable.

REPLACE YOUR STAFF! While the food was great my family and friends have all agreed we wont be back. We had the same experience as another reviewer with the rudeness of the Staff. They seemed to be annoyed that we needed to order, said they had no chicken at all because it was thawing, and out of several other items. Then they delivered our shakes to the wrong table even though we were the only ones waiting on food. Very disappointed by the lack of effort. This staff will KILL your business. Do yourself a favor and hire some folks who are grateful to have a job. Best of luck

Arrived with no line, but no one wanted to take our order. The staff argued (shortly) about who was going to work the register. The order took a long time to complete and when I went in to check on it, I saw one of the employees inspecting the contents of my burger with her hands, no gloves. I cancelled the order, citing the ungloved handling of my food. One employee promptly gave me a refund (which was nice) while another complained loudly about how hard they worked on the burger "for nothing" (which was not). Cant comment on taste since I did not try it.

I really like the food.. Id give it 5 stars based on that. The issue at this location only is the service, which is extremely slow. The manager really needs to address how to run the place because it seems everyone is confused. There is only one spot to prepare the bun and toppings so that is a huge part of the bottleneck. Ive been here a few times since its the closest one and each time its taken at least 45 min to get food.. Even if its just 1 burger and fries.. pretty ridiculous. Fix the service and this place will be great.
