The managers at this location need some serious training. I called in a takeout order, and when I arrived home I only had half of my food. I ordered the fried shrimp and paid the extra $5.00 to add a 1/2 dozen more shrimp to my order, and when I got home and took my food out of the bag, I only had 10 shrimp total. When I called back to notify them of what happened, the manager spoke to me as if I was a thief trying to steal a $20.00 meal. She asked me if I checked my bag before I left, and I told her yes, but I didnt stand there and count the shrimp. After spending 30 minutes on the phone with this rude woman, she finally agreed to replace my meal. Two days later when I went in to have the meal replaced, it took them 20 minutes to bring out my order even though I had called it in 25 minutes before arriving. Then, the next slap in the face came when the manager told the waitress who brought my food out to count the shrimp, and this chick proceeded to put on gloves, open the container, and pick up each shrimp and count them one by one. What a way to treat paying customers...first screw up their order, then treat them like they are thieves. I love Red Lobster, but never again will I go to the Owings Mills location.

I had a recent visit to this location for this first time. I called ahead to verify the wait time and was told 30-45min. When we arrived that was the exact time I was given too which met my expectations. We found two seats at the bar to have a drink while waiting. Within about 20min the buzzer went off and we were sat at our table. It took a few minutes for our greeting. We pretty much knew what we wanted. It took a little too long for our waters to come out. The salad actually came out before the waters did. My salad did have a big chunk of the hard bottom portion of the romaine. It took probably 15min+ to get the cheddar biscuits.I did ask for them after she took our order and she said shed bring them right out. That really didnt happen. After our food had come out there was minimal checking on the table. Once we were almost finished with the meal the waitress returned a few times. The food overall was good. The atmosphere was a bit noisy as there were a few birthday tables inside. Id probably consider the one in White Marsh again before this location as Ive had better service at that one in the past.

Worst Red Lobster EVER! Service is pathetically slow. Staff just does NOT seem to care about what they are doing, or in fact - NOT doing. Bar tender (Waverly) seems lost and confused. Looks at you as if he is about to greet and serve you, then turns away to do something else. Waited 20 minutes for him to arrive and ask me what I will have to drink. Then he disappeared for 10 more minutes. Be sure you are NOT in a hurry when dining here and dont expect any type of decent service. Ordered the broiled trio - and Talipa was BURNT! Disgusting and not edible. ZERO is the tip they got and I NEVER feel compelled to leave ZERO tip until now. Consider eating out of the local dumpster versus at this swill Red Lobster - you will have better service and better food in the dumpster. AWFUL!!!

Was told the wait was 15-20 minutes on a Sunday evening. There were more than four parties waiting before us. We ended up want more than 30 minutes. After the hostess sat is we waited another 20 minutes before we had to ask where our server was. Another table near us, seated after us, had a server that didnt know it was her table. Once the server came to us she was very apologetic and explained she just finished with a large party and wasnt notified that they were seating in her area again. The food was slow to come out and I had a salad with my meal. After finishing the salad it was another 10 minutes for the entree. My husbands order wasnt complete and the broccoli was under cooked. Not the best experience for our date night.

My wife, daughter, 2 young granddaughters and I are here a couple Sundays ago. Wee arrived 30 minutes prior to closing time. At first there was a longer than expected delay seemingly revolved around who our server would be. Once we were seated however, things improved dramatically! Our server, Ray Reddit was EXCELLENT! He was pleasant, helpful, prompt and everything else a server should be. Everything we ordered tasted delicious! There was never a feeling of being rushed due to our late arrival. This, buy the way, was our 2nd consecutive very pleasant experience at this location. Please keep up the great work! Bravo!!!

The service was horrible. The matre-de said it would be a 30 min wait. While we waited, many other folks came in and were seated before us. When we where finally seated (after 55 mins of waiting), we were seated way in the back next to a screaming baby (the manager said nothing) and there were drawings on the wall. We were finally served (after 25 mins) by a handsome waiter who was almost the only good thing about the restaurant. The lobster had flavor but was cold, and since when did mashed potatoes taste like sweet potatoes!?! I have to admit our food came quickly and the shrimp nachos were the bomb!

Incredible food! I must say, if youre looking for seafood with bold flavors, Red Lobster it is! The portion sizes are decent, the prices are a smidge higher, but SO worth it. I ordered the Bar Harbor Lobster Bake, and I was blown away. Everyone at our table thoroughly enjoyed their food. My only vice was the service. Our server was very friendly, but it was like pulling teeth to get him to bring our drinks out. He also only visited our table TWICE, so none of us bothered ordering additional drinks or dessert for that matter. The lesson learned: good food comes to those who... wait?

Slow service, slow waiting to be seated, slow everything. And there were hardly any servers on the floor to accommodate the dinner rush. Biscuits werent even ready and we had 2 kids with us. Ive been here by myself before and I was a bit tipsy so the sloppy service wasnt as noticeable. Now, not so much so. Wont be coming back. Dont mind driving 20 miles to the RL in silver spring just to bypass this for better quality.

After reading the previous reviews, we (2 adults and 3 children) almost didnt go here but, we are so glad we did! It is under new managment and many changes have occured. The staff was all friendly and courteous, we were seated and greeted in a timely manner. Frank was a phenomenal server and was very attentive and the food was absolutely delicious! We just moved to the area and will definitely be back, again!

I dined in to commemorate the birthday of a great love whos since passed. the establishment was spacious && inviting.. the server we had was exceptionally great. he went above to make us feel at ease. he even went as far as presenting us with a dessert to sing happy birthday in our dear friends memory. his customer service was impeccable && I would most certainly dine at this location again!
