Alright, just came back from here after poor customer service and want to recap story. Reason for going in the first place was that the pizza is not bad (went over the weekend so wanted to go again). Unfortunately, they are poorly understaffed with a rude cashier with poor customer service skills (they are hiring - hopefully to replace the cashier, but probably not). After waiting patiently at the cashier to order (no one there), the phone rang and the cashier came back to pick it up and I patiently waited. Near the end of the call I hear it ringing and he looks at me and says "one more call" so I waited again. Near the end of THAT call, the phone starts backup ringing once more and he looks at me and says "ONE more call" and I told him to put the person on Hold and stormed out upset. After going elsewhere to get food, I called Broadway Pizza to complain and first thing I hear is "sorry, can you hold?" and of course I laugh at the irony and hang up. Called back five minutes later and spoke with the cashier to complain about the situation and ask how when I call I get put on hold. He of course has the nerve to straight up lie and say three calls were ahead of me as if I wasnt right in front of him watching the calls come in and having been waiting before even the first call came through. He then says "if you want to complain, come say it to my face" to which I reply "are you going to make me wait three more calls for that too?" and he says "then go eat somewhere else" and I say "I already did, thanks." Overall, unless you specifically want pizza, dont come here. If you want food in general, there are too many other options at Cabin John to spend your money without frustration.

Never heard of the place, I stopped in after picking up presciptions at the cvs. The pizza was good and the beer mugs were frosty. At 7 and some change for a pitcher of beer, you cant beat it. So i decided to go again the following friday. We ordered their soup of the day which was corn and shrimp. It was horrible, tasted like cream of corn straight from the can, could not taste shrimp at all. I ordered a large steak and cheese, and received a 6 inch sub on an over toasted bun. If large is 6 inches, what size is small. I feel like the subs should be twice the size for 10 bucks. Also the mugs werent frosty. Not sure if i may go again. I think the place needs simple improvements.

I work in the shopping center, and this is one of two restaurants in the center that I would recommend. I prefer the atmosphere at Gregorios, where it is a little bit quieter (but also slightly more expensive). Some of the food at Broadway is also a little bit too greasy. But the food is the best value in the shopping center and it is quite delicious. Ive had their subs, their gyro, their calzone, and their pizza, and I recommend all of them. The service is very good.

Really wonderful pizza place. Pizza is excellent, medium weight crust with good sauce and real cheese. So, you cant order online and track your order like you can with Dominos, but the friendly folks who take your phone order manage to get it right all the time. And the pizza arrives sooner than they said. We often order a nice salad too, and weve even had some pasta dishes delivered, which were nicely prepared.

1/ Food. Very good pizzas. There are just so many bad pizzas around that its worth mentioning that THOSE PIZZAS ARE TASTY. Everyone in my family liked them. 2/ Service. Fast service. Person at the counter, the boss probably, goes straight to the point while being friendly. I like that.

Their CheeseSteaks are Great.....also the Fries....Also the Meatball Sub.........Just about anything you can think of they have it & know how to prepare it to Perfection. Order out 2nite!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! DONT FORGET THEIR COUPONS THAT COME IN THE MAIL!!! RECOMMENDED!!!

This is the best pizza weve found in the local area. Consistently good, good service as well. They also serve beer and sandwiches, but weve never tried any food other than the pizza.
