I ordered food from Zestos on November 19th at 7:56 pm the food got to my house at 930 pm. The restaurant is 15 minutes away from my house. When the food finally got here the pizza was frozen, my fries with brown and cold my Caesar wrap had not lettuce and my fiancés burger had everything he asked not to put on it. I called the restaurant and asked for the manager. A guy with an accent apologized and gave me a credit for next time. I redeemed my credit on the 22nd of November when I got home late from work and when called the manager said if I didnt know the managers name I wont receive my credit next time. He "gave" me the credit anyway. I asked him to charged my card 1.00 so that I could leave his driver a tip. I later checked my card on the 1st while I was in New York visiting my grandmother and I noticed that my card was charged for the 19th and the 22nd. I called to inform the manager and he said he was not going to give me a refund because I didnt know what manager gave me a credit. I started to explain to him that I have receipts and witnesses at my house to prove that I received the credit. He told me that they only have two supervisors working there and no ne gave me a credit. As I began to give him my address I heard dead silence I said hello is there anyone there and a guy with an accent came on the phone and said " if you got your food why are you complaining?" we are not giving you a credit because you didnt follow protocol and ask for the managers name. Now I have two kids. I cant remember who I talked to but I do know my address is on file and I also gave them my name. He said oh well and hung up. I got in my car and stormed up there and asked for a supervisor. The supervisor standing there said there is no supervisor here! I WENT OFF ON HIM! Without cursing I explained to him that I am a person and its not about the money anymore its about the disrespect. He just stood there staring at me. I informed him that I will be contacting my lawyer. Sad customer service, Just Sad! Take ownership or shut your business down! I will never go there again!

My favorite lunch, bar none. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. They deliver to both my home and work, and their food is simply unbeatable, especially in the delivery game when it seems every place has the same 5 wraps and subs, hastily delivered to you by a half-stoned apathetic delivery person. Not so with Zesto. They actually have the NICEST delivery guy who always brings our food up with a smile and waits patiently while we sign our receipts. The first of many wonderful things about this seriously incredible restaurant. Their food arrives fast (30 minutes on the dot, usually), hot, and it is SO fresh. The vegetables have clearly just been cut; the tomatoes are soft and juicy and the lettuce is very green. Their chicken is grilled to perfection and they always use the right amount of cheese. To say their Chicken Caesar wrap is the best simply doesnt cut it. It was so good that it awakened a part of my soul, and made me happy to be alive. I order it almost every day. The other best part is that, despite the fact that we order using multiple credit cards (group office orders) we are NEVER charged multiple delivery fees. AND they allow you to substitute your fries for salad at NO EXTRA CHARGE. And they offer an array of fresh and delicious dressings to accompany their two lettuce mix options. SERIOUSLY if you are anywhere near this place, give it a try. You will not be disappointed.

soooo i know that u guys wont read this... but ohh who cares Im gonna try to be less rude as possible .... I ordered 2 cheesesteak subs and 1 steak subs well first of all when i order I specifically told the lady a steak sub and she was keep saying : (so u want a cheesesteak)mhhh like come and justvoisten to me and youll understand me but no she didnt but ok and second when the order came i call the place back and told them that they messed up the order and that it wasnt the first time and then the manager instead of listening and being helpful for messing up he decided to get an attitude with me and demanding me to choose between a credit for the next order or to have a new sub sent at home so I didnt have much of a choice soo I decided to have a sub sent at home but I swear ... you guys need to improve your boys in listening to the freaking costumer .... you guys fell down in the bottom I thought u guys were muchbetter then this..! and you guys are lucky that Google doesnt let us put half stars or I would

We used to have amazing company lunches here. Never again. On the way home from work I ordered more than $35 worth of takeout, and none of it was what I would consider edible. After recieving a call that one of the items on their website and menu that Id ordered had not been available for months, I substituted a burger. The pizza looked and tasted like itd been sitting in the sun for days. The chicken parm sub was so hard I could barely bite through the bread let alone the meat inside. The "fresh never frozen" burger was a frozen patty and had no bleu cheese as requested, instead being topped with some kind of gelatinous, moldable mass that vaguely resembled a slice of American cheese. When I requested compensation, I was told that unless I brought the food back to the restaurant untouched, the manager Nick would not refund my money. I will never EVER give zestos my business again.

It was Good Friday so I was looking for a meatless choice. The waitress helped me with the menu. I decided on a pizza that had 4 cheeses on it. I ordered a small garden salad. I was blown away by both. The salad was beautiful with fresh vegetables and cut up plum tomatoes and cherry tomatoes. I wish I had taken a picture before I scarfed it down. You will just have to take my word for it. The most beautiful delicious salad I think Ive ever had. It surpassed anything I would expect in a really upscale restaurant. Now the pizza was really delicious and filling. I could only eat a couple pieces of a 12" pizza. I forget the name of the pizza, but I called it the 4 cheese pizza. I didnt expect it to taste so good without pepperoni, like I always have. A friend recommended it, and we may bring a group there very soon. Check it out, but dont tell anyone else. Lol

Every time I call for a delivery it gets here either 15 to 30 min late or 30 min early. They dont seem to understand what 12:00 means. Not 12:30 or 11:30. On a 2nd note, this last order I just placed for 3 medium pizza with 1 topping each under the 5.55 each for 3 pizza coupon. They overcharged me by $3.00. I called and talked to the manager about it. He told me that because I ordered 2 pizzas with 1 topping and 1 pizza with just cheese and no topping that I do not get the discount. He said they applied a small discount but could not do the full discount. Then he went on to ask me why am I complaining about a couple dollars. Dont go here, this place is horrible and a cheat, and for information this has happened on more than one occasion. I would love to see this place go out of business!
