Today was the best experience as a frequent fastfood customer. Arianna patiently waited as I madeup my mind, she politely made sure I completely provided them w/the information needed. She was understanding when I changed details of my order at least twice. Once I arrived at pickup window she clarified my order 1 more time w/me to ensure nothing was missed, provided me a delicious substitute to my strange request for a complicated beverage. Ive never had my beverage be so tasty! I got to work and was telling everyone about it. While she did that Marquees came & began working to complete the transaction ensured my payment was done the time my food and drink arrived This is important to me. I was grateful for their positive manner when other cust. service people could have easily been annoyed with me. It really made me feel welcome to come back there and know that my specific desires / needs would be met. As far as value, well - it is Taco Bell.

This taco bell is horrible! I havent had one good experience here in a long time. If it wasnt for the family liking the food i would not spend my money here. If you go, expect extremely long wait times, and to be missing food. They once told me at midnight that they werent serving beef bc they were cleaning then wouldnt allow me to get a meal bc the tacos come with it. They wouldnt even let me replace it with something. Theyre horrible here!

I go to this Taco Bell for lunch often and I am never disappointed with the service I receive. Their staff is always polite, no matter what time of day they are always pleasant. Even with great customer service they still do everything in a timely fashion. I never waited for my food more than 4 minutes and it always taste fresh. Basically, this is a great Taco Bell.

I like tacobell and all sometimes they make me mad bcause wen I get my food they always give me the wrong thing and its annoying that do it all the time lime one time my sister wanted the galvanometer taco I told them no lettuce and they put it on still I ask if I could have hotscauce but they dont give me any but as I was saying I still like tacobell

They close at 2 on the weekdays...and on numerous occasions, i arrive at the drive through at 1:45...receive no response, pull up to window to get their attention, and instead of talking to me in person, the mouth "closed" and continue cleaning...15 minutes early! I am calling the corporate office asap. Again, this had happened NUMEROUS times.

I have been to this taco bell a few times go through the drive through and 50 percent of the time they dont put everything into the bag. I guess I will be making people mad because if I ever go back I will definitely be checking my order before I leave the window. The one on Eastern ave is worst . Trying to call the place no answer

Ive been here several times. The food is good. You get what you pay for at Taco Bell. Unfortunately, the service here is very poor. The wait is always. And just now, with this most recent visit, they said that they were out of potatoes, nachoes, and both, mild and hot sauce.
