Horrible service... Pizza Hut was our families go to pizza chain. Once we moved to the area we were happy to give this one our service. We placed our order and waited. An hour later our food arrived and was not what we ordered. We promptly called and they told us they would fix the right pizza and send it out, to just switch out the food. We waited another hour only to have no one show up. When we called they told us they never made the pizza. After all this we told them to just refund the money, it wasnt worth it. They told us they would refund the credit card. It is now a week later and they tell me they can no longer return our money to the card, that we can come up there and get the cash, further inconviencing us. Save yourself the headache and avoid this location.

We have had delivery at this pizza hut many time since it was built and i have to say we got pizza there tonight and they must honestly gave us a great pizza like i remember years ago at pizza hut i have never had such a good pizza at any pizza hut since the 90s... I was impressed we had been going to other places because it was really greasy the past few times but I would rate this experence as the best so far and it was a custom pizza and it was perfect! And i ordered it online and the time of arrival was dead on it was at my door on time!

Customer Svc is horrible... Ordered my pizza on line and the pick up time stated 6:22pm, got there at 6:25pm, the order was not ready.. Waited for over 30 mins while other orders that came in after mine that were placed were ready.. It seemed as if the cooks cooked the easy orders and by passed the big orders... The help in the back also seemed to not care about the customers waiting for the food. The young lady in front at the cashier was nice. The employees in the back were talking and joking around instead of doing there job...

Pre ordered and our before needed pickup. I show up to get 2 pizzas and was told they havent made them, it will be another 45 minutes. Pizzas are good when you can actually get them. Not a reflection an all pizza hut. Lusby, MD location needs new management. This has happened multiple times

Nothing. This place is horrible. After giving them multiple chances and receiving multiple excuses as to why my food wasnt here, I give up on this pizza hut. The customer service is terrible.

Always get good service. Pizza Hut pizza is the best tasting pizza in my opinion. Never had any issues. I order on line.. everything arrives when they say. Keep up the good work!
