Dont order from here. Took 3 phone calls to finally place an order (got hung up on the first two times, but we were really craving a pan pizza) and the phone rang for at least 60 seconds each time. They quoted me at 20 minutes, I got there in 15 knowing that I was going to wait a few minutes. I paid for my order and they told it should just be a few minutes. One of the workers checked in with me twice more and said it should only take a few minutes each time. 20 some minutes of waiting there, 40 minutes after I ordered my pizza, I went to the counter to check, didnt see or hear anybody in the back, and the phone was ringing for a good 60-90 seconds with no one to be found, and four or five pizzas sitting at the end of the oven. I finally see a bunch of workers come back in and they were surprised to see me still in there. They go to look for my pizza, cant find it and guessed that a driver took it. They ended up giving me a refund and what I assume was someone elses pizza (wasnt a pan pizza...), which was nice of them and the least they could do. It ended up kinda OK, but it definitely threw the rest of our night off. Moral of this review, just avoid this PizzaHut location.

This is the 2nd and last time we will ever order from this Pizza Hut. The first time we were on hold forever and then took forever to get our food. Now we placed our order they said that it would be an hour to an hour and half. So after the hour and half went by we called to see where our food was...... They told us that our order never got place b/c of there computers and told us that they kept calling the number we gave them and it went right to voice mail ever time, but never left any messages. I called back and talk to the manager and she never said sorry about that or can I please talk your name and number and next time give you a discount, nothing but well we called. What happen to good people???

I see alot of negative complaints. But I have never had a problem at this pizza hut.. They messed up an order once but the staff there worked to make sure they got it right and gave me a discount. The manager there was Jason and the other employee who helped me was named Victoria I believe and they both were nice and helpful with smiles on their faces. You dont get that much anywhere else. If you go there, ask for one of them. They wont let you down. Youll feel important like a customer should feel.

Ive ordered from them only twice. The first time, they were very friendly, polite and customer service oriented. You dont see that much anymore in retail businesses these days and the order was done on time! The only issue I had was, the dough was raw in the center of a pan crust but they very apologetic and stepped up to the plate and offered me a refund if I wanted to come back in or a credit for my next order. My second time ordering was perfect with the same friendly and professional service.

It took 1 hour and 35 minutes for me to get my pizza and bread sticks and when it arrived it was cold. Who wants cold pizza and bread sticks when I paid for hot pizza and bread sticks. This is ridiculous and pizza hut needs to do something about this particular pizza hut restaurant. I can say when I called the manager was willing to give me a credit of $15.00 but I paid $26.10 for my order. I guess I need to be happy that they gave me anything after this disaster.

Awful!!!! I had a 6.00 credit for a mistake they made went in spoke to the manager and explained what happened so that was cool. This was in January but she neglected to tell me that the credit had an expiration date. I called in today to put in a order wanted to use it and was told "oh you cant use that its only last for a limited time "! They are full of it and they have just lost a faithful customer! I have had numerous awful experiences with this Pizza Hut. Every time i speak with a manager, they just try to brush it off like it is not their fault. I will be sharing this experience on numerous websites. The pizza is never fresh and is always cold. I end up throwing it away every time, with not even a hint of an apology from management. We do big orders for pizza at my work, and I will be damned if this place will ever get our business.

The WORSE! My order took 2 hrs for delivery and I was missing items I prepaid for on line.. When I tried to contact the store, to check the status of the delivery driver, no one answered so I called again and let it ring so long a voice mail came on.. Smdh.. I dont think I have ever experience this level of incompetent customer service. Next time I will just go pick it up from a real pizza place.

Reading the reviews, I thought people may have been too harsh but unfortunately it doesnt seem to be the case. I ordered online for a pickup and my order was incorrect with mushrooms added and jalepenos left out. I cant speak to the quality of the customer service as I did not notice until I was already home and did not want to drive all the way back.

Every time I order from this particular Pizza Hut, my order is always late by 30 to 40 minutes. They barely answer the telephone and when the order is FINALLY delivered, something is always missing. I can say that those who have made my deliveries have been nice though. Have made my last order from this Pizza Hut store.

Our pizza was fine but delivered to the wrong address and had to be re ordered. Kinda funny how the people it was wrongly delivered to accepted and paid for our pizza but...OK. Ive had problems getting orders correct from here nearly every time I order, its always corrected but can be annoying.

Always takes them 2 hours to deliver your pizza. By the time it arrives its ice cold. I ordered once and I waited 2 hours. I thought maybe it was just a busy day. Gave them one more try and the estimated delivery time was 2 hours again. I just cancelled and ordered from somewhere else.

DONT ORDER FROM THIS PIZZA HUT. Horrible customer service, the staff is SO DAMN RUDE. I would choose any other pizza place from now on. They think since they are the only pizza hut in the area people have to deal with the horrible customer service, NEVER AGAIN.

Did not even bother finishing the order. Didnt even make it to getting my address. Serious bad attitude and it wasnt just coming from the woman on the phone. It was also from who ever was in the background hollaring about having to work.

I ordered my pizza and never received it within an hour, so I called them back and they told me that I never ordered a pizza and that I had called a different number. This place is terrible and Ill never order anything from them again.
