If there was a selection for zero stars, I would give this Starbucks Clinton, zero. It is a very slow service indoors and drive-thru. Customer service is absolutely horrendous because the staff is so loud when the customers are consuming coffee/snack or trying to complete their work via wi-fi. Do not sit in there to complete your work because you will not get anything done. The evening/night manager is completely useless. The staff appears to be a bunch of teens and young adults who dont have any manners. They conversate very loudly about meaningless and useless topics. Its disgusting, offensive, and intolerable. The whole staff particularly evening/night shift need to be fired or have serious customer service re-training. They need to focus on their work and quiet down so that customers can sit and enjoy their coffee or get some work done. This location is driving away customers to other locations where they can find peace. THIS LOCATION NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN OR FIRE THE EXISTING STAFF, period. Dont trust those that give it 5 stars, they clearly are fake or dont know what true customer service is all about.

Listen, I have nothing but praises for this particular Starbucks. I LOVE the fact that they open at 5am during the work week. And when I say open, they are actually READY to service customers and not just walking in the door looking crazy. My very favorite barista is Ms. Kera(sp?). She is truly awesome--A sweetheart. She makes some great drinks & is very friendly (Amazing Customer Service Skills!) The other baristas are really skilled and nice as well. I work very early in the morning and this Starbucks opens at the perfect time. It is also conveniently located, well at least for me it is, lol, WITH a fast drive-thru!!! Wowzer! Certainly no complaints from me....keep up the stellar work. You have a customer for life. :)))

This Starbucks is so slow. The drivethru is supposed to be a method of convenience and it is everything but that. I never thought I had to allot 20 extra minutes out of my schedule in the morning to get coffee. Well, you do if you plan to visit the Clinton Starbucks. Ive watched the baristas on several occasions making the drinks and they just move slow as molasses. Very frustrating

This is the slowest starbucks in america. If you re driving past and want a venti pike and u only have 45 minutes to spare dont stop bc you will be waiting 45 minutes just to have your order taken and receive your coffee. Its ridiculous. starbucks cooperation needs to do something about this location. Plus they can be very rude.

I come here often and the almost always mess my order up. I mobile ordered twice and both times i was the last in the store but my drink was NEVER made. How is it quicker to stand in line than to mobile order?
