I have to say... I am THOROUGHLY impressed with this place! Not only are they ALWAYS friendly and helpful, but I always find some of the best produce here! Just this week I placed an order for 3 dozen ears of corn and I requested that it be picked the same day I picked it up and also that I preferred the thicker more plump ears. I was a little apprehensive to have someone else hand picking my corn, but with that size of an order didnt feel like I had much choice. Not only was the corn ALL FRESH AND BEAUTIFUL BUT IT WAS ALL PLUMP AND DELICIOUS! They did a better job picking it than I would have!!!

CSA experience so far has been...average at best? Definitely a loss compared to if you were buying from the grocery store, so you have to keep in mind the savings youre losing out are to support a local farm. Middle portion of the CSA has been weak/underserved, relying heavily on melons to bridge the gap. Wont be renewing next year, but im not entirely unhappy with the experience? 2 stars for the CSA, a bonus star for the york county garlic sold on site.
