Me and my family had the worst experience ever! My husband and daughter bought food from quick fire while me and my other daughter went to buy food from Chipotle and we took our food into quick fire. The manager sent an employee to tell us we have to go outside but I tried to respond but the employee just ignored me. We stayed to try and finish our food but the manager then came to our table to threaten me and my family. We saw the sign that said no sodas from another place but it didnt say no food from another place. Then he threatened us again and said he was calling the police and that made my daughters cry. My husband just told the manager that HE would call the police because the manager didnt want to give him his money back even though my husband barely touched his food. So we just got outta there and agreed that we will never come to that quickfire ever again even if we really want to. The service is bad, rude and impolite. They barely have any customers. I would give a 0/5 if I could. My daughter told me that the first day she walked in she hated quickfire and now I understand why. No wonder she was always buying Chipotle instead.

Would give 0 if possible. Their staff is rude and they have a NEW POLICY we didnt know about and the manager was threatening to call the police if we didnt get out since part my family bought from chipotle and we were all eating together. Also the employee that called himself the manager was just a employee in charge at the time. We interviewed another employee form the kitchen said that he wasnt the manger at all .When we demand for our money back since he didnt let us eat in peace with our family, he didnt want to give in any at all.The manager also before threaten to call the police he told that their was a sign on the door which was just piece of paper where it didnt specify the policy, it just said drinks and seating are for customers ,but the were demanding us to take food outside in the cold. WE ARE NEVER GOING EVER!!

These people completely suck. I ordered sphagetti, shrimp, salmon, and vegetables for both my orders. When I got home, I found out they gave me bunch of vegetables with shrimp and salmon. Who would pay this much to get vegetables and their have to cook their own rice or sphagetti. Im so pissed right now that if they were still open, I would have gone back there and thrown that sh**** in their faces.

The foods okay, but the manager and service is terrible. Dont even bother with the buy 5 meals, get 1 free card. Theyll try every excuse not to give you the free meal. One of the stamps on my card was smudged yet they continued stamping on my card. Now that my card has 5 stamps, the smudged stamp voids my card. Not coming back. There are many and better alternatives next door and nearby.

Food is Quick (as the name suggests), Affordable, and most importantly Good. It has a similar set up to Sarku Japans you would find at the mall. They also offer sushi and combo deals. Noise level is medium to loud but it is a good place to just grab a bite to eat with a few friends.

Good luck communicating with the employees if you dont speak Spanish. The cooks also dont wear gloves, and when my chicken didnt sit neatly in the container, one of the cooks used his bare fingers to move it towards the middle before putting the lid on.

The manager Asian lady was unbelievable rude and just horrible service I love quick fire and I dont care to right reviews but she was incredible disrespectful I strongly dont recommend this quick fire

Tofu beef Hibachi is good especially when it is just made. But I get some rice leftover, not enough to finish the food. Sushi on the other-hand is not good. Cold and hard with strange after taste.

Friendly staff, fresh food, delicious food and great value. Their combos are cheap and of generous portions. Try their chicken roll and ask for extra sauce on your food at the end. Forget chipotle.

Been here multiple times. Really good food. They make it just as good as the one in Germantown. I recommend ordering the hibachi chicken with fried rice and vegetables with onions and sauce.

The Rockville location is AMAZING, Gaithersburg does taste fresher & is overall cleaner than the Germantown BUT Rockville is the BEST by FaR!!!
