Slow service, sub-par smoothie. I counted 7 workers behind the counter doing various prep/cleaning work but only one person making smoothies when six tickets had backed up. My smoothie (banana + strawberry + blueberry) took 15 minutes and was watered down to the point where it tasted like blueberry water. Blend, add more water, blend, add more water, blend, add more water. This repeated four times before scooping it in the cup and calling it "good." There was also an employee mopping the floor behind the counter at 6:30pm while six other employees navigated around them. Why slow your customer service just to mop an already clean looking floor during a busy time of the day?

Their food and smoothie options are absolutely delicious! Every time I come by, the staff is very welcoming, attentive and quick to have your order ready. Their prices are also very reasonable and surprised me with a whole list of great discounts! Highly recommend this healthy and tasty shop :) I also recommend downloading the app to pre order your meal. They will have it ready at the time you want it and will also get $5 off after spending $50!

My office is located near Tropical Smoothie so we all are frequent visitors. We have tried the wraps, salads and smoothies with zero complaints. Not only is the food great, healthy and made in front of you but the staff is fantastic! We recently used Groupon for some smoothies and Shelby was super helpful at ensuring I got the most bang for my buck. Again I cant thank the staff for awesome service, food and smoothies.

First time here. Love the wraps , flat bread and smoothie! The cashier made a mistake in the smoothie price, but when we mentioned it , he apologized and gave us the smoothie free... No excuses! Now that is customer service! ! I will definitely be back!

I visited for the first time 4/22/16. I had the acai berry and the Chia banana. Both were delicious and Im looking forward to trying the food. The staff is friendly and the service is fast. I highly recommend it!

Definitely recommend if youre looking for smoothies, shakes, or even a meal. They have wraps and flat breads. If youre vegetarian, they have vegetarian meat as an option for all the meals.
