Owner is rude & cheap. Wouldnt give me a refund for an untouched salad claiming its TSC policy not to give refunds. She compared the policy to McDonalds. I should have gave her some donations as the store only had one couple while I was there. Was long time customer but wont support this location. The employee didnt take my order properly & got caught lying about taking my order. I understand sticking up for your employees but customers pay your bills. She kept interrupting me & falsely accused me of harassing the employee but I didnt curse nor raise my voice even tho I was upset. In the end I didnt even want the salad I paid for & threw it away in front of her Another time I went there with my wife few minutes before closing. The door was locked & the employees acted as if we werent there. There was about 10 minutes before the store closed. I told the owner & she was oh so kind to offer me 15% of my smoothie purchase. Well umm I could do better with the coupon.

This experience has been awful, from start to finish. Their computer system went down while we tried using their app to pay, they took FOREVER to even start making our order, other people in line behind us got their food way before we did, once it came out the wrap was cold inside, and I had to ask if it came with a side (and was told to "go get it myself"). I went to ask them to reheat the wrap (after being ignored for 5 mins), they didnt start heating it until I had waited 5 minutes and then went to ask where my food was....I got it another 5 minutes later (after the rest of my party had finished), and it was cold again. There was no apology for taking so long/messing up our order, etc., their customer service was horrendous, and the food (after all that wait) was seriously subpar. Needless to say we will not be eating here again for quite some time.

I would give it a 0 if I could. I asked for the detox island green smoothie and it tasted like grass with ginger. Ive had this many times and it should not taste like it did. So i asked immediately after tasting it if I could get just the plain island green because this didnt taste right. At first he said he could BUT HE WOULD CHARGE ME. Are you kidding me? So he ends up asking a "manager" and decides that he can remake the detox island green smoothie without the ginger. I said "ok but isnt that the same thing as the regular island green that I asked to remake?" He says no. Ummm ok? So I get the smoothie back and it tastes exactly the same!!! Im almost positive he poured the same smoothie into a different cup. I will NEVER go there ever again.

Good smoothies, but the manager/supervisor made a comment about how I must not have been hungry since I didnt get a smoothie and a sandwich like my girlfriend. She was probably just trying to make conversation, but if my girlfriend happened to be insecure about her weight (she isnt), I imagine she would have been quite insulted. Id recommend sticking to comments about the weather or complimenting people or something if you want to make small-talk with customers while they eat. Ill definitely go back again, but just some constructive criticism.

Normally I love Tropical Smoothie Cafe. Today, not so much. My smoothie was not blended enough, and had big chunks of ice in it. I order Kale and Apple slaw with my sandwich, and when I got back to work, there wasnt any side included at all. And my sandwich had hardly any toppings. It was mostly bread and meat, and one tiny slice of bacon, and hardly any lettuce and apples. Really lame, considering the store was practically empty while I was in there.

I was told to wait while the cashier was helping out with orders. I sat on one of the stools to tie my shoe lace and suddenly a customer walked in and the cashier ran directly to the register to take the customers order, while I sat there. I guess my black order was able to wait and the white order wasnt. At that point I just walked out. Thanks Tropical Smoothie.

Youre always playing roulette on this place as far as quality goes. One day it may be a great trip then the next couple could be an awful disaster. The people are friendly but their smoothie and food quality is terrible, specially the smoothies. The past couple of smoothies were not blended well and had large chunks of ice. I dont recommend this place.

Awful experience! Meh! I dont recommend this one. Theres few tropical smoothies with good ratings but this is the only one that is bad. Customer service is bad, everything is just bad... always messing up my orders! Salad is not fresh, looks like veggies been sitting there for days! Not coming back here again...

Asked for no cheese on my sandwich because Im lactose intolerant. They put sprinkled cheese all over it and I couldnt eat it and didnt have time to go back because of work.

Customer service is always poor here. No one appears to be happy to help you. The sandwiches and smoothies Ive ordered have been sloppily made, with no apologies.
