Have you ever had to pinch yourself mid-meal to check if you were dreaming. Yeah me either... until today! Burger 21s delicious food today was only surpassed by their extraordinary customer service. Ricardo was either the shift manager or a guardian angel that was tasked to ensure we had a surplus of delicious fries, clean table, and amazing experience. All 8 of us sat outside to enjoy the great weather and to accommodate our little Boston terrier. We felt bad for bringing our dog until Ricardo went above and beyond by surprising Rufus (the dog) with a bowl of water. So apparently Ricardos generosity spans across all genders, races, and species. I would recommend this burger 21 location to any human, K9, or extraterrestrial being. i know the Lett Family had a great time

What an awesome concept! Order your burger from there great burger, chicken or veggie burger options on their menu as well as their great shake menu if your up for a great treat! Go have a seat and once its ready they deliver it to your table. They have a "condiments" bar where you have options ranging from ketchup to all kinds of flavors! My burger was cooked to perfection it was juicy and flavorful. I ordered the Keylime shake and it was fantastic!! On the way out they have a sink so if you got a little messy enjoying your food or have little kids you can actually wash your hands!! Great food, awesome service and friendly staff!!

I am a huge fan of Burger 21. I have frequented the Ashburn location since it opened. I was excited to see a Sterling location. I called in an order and spoke with a very friendly, helpful and upbeat young man. When I entered the establishment, the entire team was friendly and helpful. The young man with whom I spoke on the phone was kind enough to say Hello and give me a smile. My overall experience was extremely positive. I look forward to going back to this location. You cant find a better burger than Burger 21. I have to add their shakes and cookies are awesome!

Came in and we ordered sweet potato fries, cheese fries, and a couple burgers...when the order came out, about 50% of what we ordered was missing, mostly including things we paid extra for. I wouldnt mind if it didnt cost basically $30 for two people, especially because service is sort of slow here (been here a few times now). Cheese sauce for fries was sorta bland. Used their electric charger for my car, and after 30min it didnt charge whatsoever.

Burger 21 is an awesome environment and really good burgers, sandwiches and deserts. I have been coming since their opening in August 2016 and been always a great experience. Food always comes out hot and fresh. I recommend bacon cheese and half & half basket of fries. If there has ever been a problem, their staff and management have also provided speedy and great customer service. I highly recommend this place for your next dinner.

We went for the soft launch and everything was excellent. This is coming from a group of people from Cow Country. The beef was fresh, as were the ingredients. Service went smoothly, too. My strawberry shortcake shake was delicious. Definitely try the fries with ale cheese and the sweet potato fries with toasted marshmallow sauce.

Meh. Over-priced. Burgers sound good in the descriptions, but arent anything to write home about when eaten. Service was super slow and the order was messed up. Expected much more for the price. Best thing? Knowing we wont be coming back unless were starving, theres nothing in the kitchen at home, and its the only thing open.

Way over priced for the quality. One of the worst buns I ever had on a burger, dont know if I got a stail one. BGR, Five guys, fuddruckers and elevation burger are all way better IMO. The place also asks you to pre-tip when you ordee at the counter before the food comes out. Sauces we good though. I dont see this place lasting.

Soft launch was tonight and despite some minor (very minor) kinks to work out, the food and service was fantastic. Everything arrived quickly but exactly how we ordered, the milkshakes are delicious and the variety of sauces are great and theres of ton of seats inside and out.

Awesome cool environment; good burger with plenty of options to choose from. I tend to add another patty because their burger is not that big for a 6 foot tall, 200±lbs guy like me lol. Double patty is definitely the way to go for me. I definitely recommend this place.

The burger, fries and milk shake were all top quality. I loved the condiment bar. The restaurant itself is bright, open and clean. The staff was cheerful and helpful to us first timers who needed a little guidance in ordering.

I find Burger 21 consistently has some of the best burgers you can get around here. A bit pricier than fast food, but well worth it. This new location is well taken care of so far with friendly staff and great food.
