I wish I could put no stars this was the worst experience I ever had in my life. First my husband and I come on with our 2 kids they sit us in the coldest section away from the other diners next we asked to be moved she told us there were no seats as if Im blind then as we leave we had damn near 2 whole pizzas to take with us and the refused to give us pizza boxes and made us put it in 8 small boxes when I asked to speak to the manager he refused to come to the table to address the situation and then blamed it on a higher manager. This was the most racist move and cowardly establishment I have ever been too.

Definitely not a fan of their delivery service. Sent our order to the wrong place. When called to inquire - they answered the phone simply by saying "hello." I told them I was calling to check on the status of my order, and the response was "they will be right there..." and then she hung up. Didnt ask who I was, where the delivery was supposed to go, or what I ordered. The woman who handles the carry out or delivery service ... is always VERY confused. Would NOT recommend.

I like Pizza Hut. I like the other pizza places in our area as well. I usually wait for a coupon or an incentive to save money when I order. Ive had my order goofed up twice, though, out of a dozen or so recent orders. I dont know why they get confused. And although the manager was willing to make another pizza, they seem to take longer to serve take-out orders than the other places in town.

RAN OUT OF PIZZA SAUCE! Whaaaaaatttttttttttttt !!!! Took 15 minutes to open a new one and heat it up! The table behind me never got word that the pizza burned and was being re-made. They offered a 50% discount when they were walking out. NEVER GOING BACK! Take yourself to Ledos or J&P or anywhere else on Liberty Road or Mount Airy.

They are inconsistent. You may get a fast delivery with your correct order one time but then the next time they will over charge you for a cold, soggy pizza with incorrect toppings. They rarely, if ever, accept national coupons. When the pizza is correct and hot it tastes great.

Food took almost an hour (30 mins more then estimated), manager kept guessing on ETA and wasnt very friendly, driver shows up with nothing to sign and had to return. Worst experience ever! Back to Dominons we go.

Received burned pizza, waited for 30 minutes still no replacement! We did get the check though ... no apology. This restaurant needs new management. Will never return here again.
