AWFUL AWFUL customer service. The food was excellent though. I typically do carry out @ Full Key. I decided to dine in because I had out of town guests. We sat for a good 10 minutes before the waitress came to take our order. We had to ask for water. It was never offered. The waitress never checked in on our table after the food came in. The restaurant is very busy but, basic customer service should never be sacrificed. It seems like we were purposely ignored. Again, no complaints on the food, just the level of service. I could go on & on about other facets of lack of customer service but, I dont want to trash the restaurant as a whole. The food was on point. I would have tipped the cook, if I could, LOL. The wait staff should probably take a course in customer service in the food industry. Maybe if my skin tone was not as it was, a different dine in experience would have been had. IJS.......

This is simply top notch food in general for a really great price. Ive been going here for a while now and everyone I bring finds something they really love. Ive tried many dishes (not all) and havent found a bad one yet, though maybe a few I didnt care for as I didnt like the kind of food (Im not a fan of curry for instance, but I actually like their curry dishes much better than most places, and my friends who like curry love their curry pork). In general I would say the Rice and Noodle dishes are the best, especially the Roast Duck when its available, but the soups are great as well if thats what you are in the mood for. As I said, the other dishes are good as well. Personally, I like the service. They do a good job and are very nice, and not over the top like at some more expensive places. Nice atmosphere for a smallish place.

I ordered a half roast duck. For some reasons, I did not see the wing and the upper part of the leg. If you order a roasted duck or chicken, make sure you get everything you should get. I also ordered a pan fried garlic Chinese broccoli. The garlic was over cooked and caused the whole dish a bitter taste. Pan fried vegetable is the basic Chinese cooking, and they did not control the heat and did not put enough water to extract the sweetness out of the vegetable. It is hard for me to image how good they are in their other dishes. I will never go back to that restaurant anymore in my life.

Customer service was TERRIBLE. We were one of two families in the restaurant, but the waitress would take forever to come around to our table and act very off-putting once she finally got there. We ordered the roast duck over rice, and it was probably the worst cut in existence. If you are intending to pay ~$15 for a plate of bones, then go to Full Key and order that dish. Skip this place and go down the street to Gourmet Inspirations. Their food and customer service is excellent (and the Peking duck is on point).

The food is good, but the waiters and waitresses act weird as a fiddle. They almost never look you in the eyes, they almost never smile. A little friendliness goes a long way. Most well-known here is the roasted pork and duck. The roasted pork is a little greasier and tender than other restaurants have, which I like. Everything else Ive had here is very good. The food is always consistently good. Nothing that will blow your mind, but youll always leave content.

If you want to get the best authentic Chinese food in the MD area, Full Key is the place to go. Their soups are delicious, with a broth that warms your soul. I recommend the duck noodle soup for a starter. Vegetable chow soon (with gravy) with the burnt noodle flavor brings out its authenticity. I always order a whole Peking Duck so I can eat more for lunch. Pork chops were flavorful. Stay away from the soy sauce chicken, its a bit too sweet for my liking.

1. Service - Quick, friendly, & attentive. 2. Taste of food and quality of food - One of the top three places for traditional Hong Kong food around the DMV area. Portion size was just enough & not too salty. 3. Ambiance/decor - Could get noisy when busy. Love the collection of Chinese antiques encased in glass along with the traditional Chinese sign with BBQ stand inside. 4. Cleanliness - Looked & felt clean throughout.

My wife got the Shrimp Wonton Soup, and I ordered the Eggplant and Chicken in Hot Garlic Sauce. Both were excellent. The portions were large, the prices affordable, and the restaurant was clean and attractive. Apparently, you can even order portions of their roasted meats for takeout, something perhaps worth trying in the future. Oh, and they take credit cards, which is not always a given in the Wheaton area.

This Hong-Kong style restaurant is one of my favorite places. My family has been coming for years and the waitstaff always greets us like family. They are very friendly and attentive and the food is delicious. The roast pork is incredible, but it is often wise to call ahead to have an order set aside, as it often runs out by the end of the day. The pan-fried noodles are also worth a try.

My family and I have been coming here for over 20 years. You can come here at anytime during the day and your guaranteed to get the best Cantonese food in the DMV. Food is fairly priced and has not increased over the years. I love he friendly attentive staff and how food comes out in under 15 mins

I had Wonton noodle. Noodle was cooked properly so its chewy not soggy. Soup was clear and very flavorful. I little bit disappointed that filling of Wonton tasted fishy. Guess shrimp wasnt fresh. But overall, it was great and will definitely come back. Chashu(叉焼) was amazing! Love it.

Cantonese style Chinese food within close proximity to College Park. Food is decent. Although they do not have the best jook (rice porridge) it is good enough for me to take home when I stop by. It can be a little on the salty side at times.

Best Chinese place in my area. The bbq pork and roasted duck are exceptional. You can them as just meat or in a noodle dish that is outstanding. Always filled with Chinese customers since it is a good value and the food is delicious.

So good and so cheap! Chinatown may be in D.C., but Wheaton has the real deal. Very big portions. Also, they can get busy during the weekend. All other times, there are plenty of tables available.

A little more expensive than your average Chinese takeout spot but way better quality and is worth it. Went once and ordered a few entrees like a fat kid, wasnt disappointed once!

I usually come to this place for their Hong Kong style noodle soup with shrimp wonton and roast duck. The best I think. Try the spicy deep fried squid if youre into spicy food.

Smoked anything. Soup w/shrimp dumplings (they are not Shanghai soup dumplings); shrimp lightly scrambled with eggs over rice; black peppered beef in hot pot with greens.
