Normally Glory Days in Eburg has been good. I didnt experience great customer service tonight, so when that happens, I always report it. I ordered rcurb-side to go two orders Salmon platter and specifically said NO BUTTER on vegetables and mashed potatoes. When I got there they brought out the food, I checked it and there was a lot butter on both vegetables and mashed potatoes. I politely asked if they could replace with no butter (the young guy helping was VERY nice - he apologized and said Ill bring new side orders out within 3 minutes with no butter). It was very cold outside, and I didnt want the salmon to get cold, so said "sure, if you think it can be pretty quick, Ill wait"…..he went back inside came out about 5 minutes later and said "my manager wants me to bring your order back inside and then he will replace the sides"…….I said "I would rather not, Ive already waiting a long time and dont want the salmon getting cold getting passed back and forth between car and restaurant (again - VERY cold outside)……he said "no problem, Ill be right back"….he went in…..came back out in about 2 minutes and said "my manager said no"….. So on an order they messed up, the manager was not willing to make it right without taking the food (that I already paid for by the way) back and forth in the cold. I asked the young guy (again he was trying to be helpful) for the managers name….and it was "Dave". Normally if that happened while I was dining in, I would be furious and demand a discount or threaten to call corporate, but I was in a hurry (and food was getting cold) so I let it go….and went home paying full price for an order they messed up and Dave (manager) didnt seem to care about pleasing a paying customer. Again, normally our experiences are good, but dont let poor management treat you without respect!!!

Im not sure why everyone is so in love with this place. Five of us went at 5:00 on a Wednesday night. It wasnt busy and there were at least six servers milling around. After waiting almost ten minutes for a server to appear, I finally got up and asked the hostess to find someone. It went downhill from there. The server had no idea of the price of the wing special. I asked about the rib special and was told by the hostess that that I had an old menu (stored on the table with all the other menus) and they no longer had a rib special and then the server came by and told us all about the rib special. The food, while decent, took almost 40 minutes to arrive. We ordered a wrap, shrimp tacos, a pulled pork sandwich, a chicken sandwich and a burger- none of that is overly complicated or takes a long time to prepare. We asked for our checks when the food came and they still took ten minutes to materialize and another ten minutes to process. It was ridiculous. If youre in a hurry, this is not the place to go.

Not a bad place to eat! Apparently some of the other Glory Days locations arent as good. This is the only one Ive been too. Weve had a couple of uninspiring experiences, but for the most part everything is pretty good. Helps if you have one of the better servers, for sure. Their wings and burgers are fantastic. Their salads never seem to come out as fresh as I wish they would be (somewhat droopy lettuce). Overall not a bad spot, which is why I still go there every couple of weeks.

I thought the food would have been better. Was not hot nor cold, but warm when I got it. Bar drinks took almost as long as it did for the appitizer. The wait was longer then quoted and there were over 12 empty tables, I counted very and over and over. The food didn't take long, but for some reason I thought my burger would have been hot or atleast the cheese would have been somewhat still warm, not today. I will not be back.

I was extremely disappointed in the hour wait my family and I had to endure at our table before our food arrived. On a positive note the manager asked if there was anything they could do to make the wait less uncomfortable. I asked for an appetizer to kill the time until our food arrived. Then I found out we were charged for the appetizer! The word complementary does not exist in Glory Days vocabulary! Beware!

The atmosphere is great in this restaurant. Unfortunately, both of the meals I had were carry-out, so thats what I can speak to. And both times my experience was subpar. Two orders of wings were badly overcooked and over sauced. The fried pickles were fair, but the onion rings were ice cold. However, the orders were prepared quickly and it was fast & easy to pick them up from the carry-out counter.

Tried this place out when someone recommended it to me and they were right about the good food they have. The many TVs they have set up is very interesting. You wont have trouble finding something to watch while youre eating your meal. The staff is friendly and quick, always making sure you are being attended to. This is a great place to bring the family to or even a first date.

I like Glory Days Grill. There are a ring of huge TVs around the interior and a personal, programmable, audio system at each table so you can pick whichever station you want to listen to. The portions are not on the small side, so if you come in hungry you will not leave feeling the same way. The salads come in half sizes, though, if you want to eat lightly.

Good food to be had here, but beware: -At times the waits can be long -the same order of food can come out completely different depending on the cook. -could be considered pricey for a sports themed restaurant. this aside, the food and selection is good if your in the mood for american food, call ahead to make sure there isnt a long wait.

Horrible beer selection unless you only like IPAs. I might as well open a container of cinnamon and pour it down my throat. They even got rid of Sam Adams Boston Lager, which is my standby when a bar has only IPAs. Do yourself a favor and go to Oscars or Becks. At least you can get something other than an IPA at either of those places.

Im so sorry I boycotted Glory Days based on a bad experience at another location. This one rocks! My wife and I have eaten there about 5 times now and the food is always fresh. The fried shrimp platter is a great deal for 12 bucks. Cant go wrong here if you are looking for some "American Grill" style food.

Today was a curb side pickup. Time was longer than expected due to it being friday night. Customer service was adequate. Food was good but not exceptional time to take the food home taken into account and rated against other curb side pickup and time to get home equal.

Long wait. BUT and it is a BIG BUT. The food is awesome. The crab pretzel is the best I have had in a long time. I ordered the loaded chilli dogs and they were phenomenal. My wife had the shrimp tacos with mango salsa and she loved em. WOW NEW FAVORITE RESTAURANT.

My family comes here pretty frequently and we never have a bad experience. The service is great and the food is very reasonably priced. Downright cheap on special days. Basically 10 bucks for a beer and a burger on Monday at happy hour. Who can argue with that?
