First let me say i visited Buffalo Wild Wings in Hanover Pa when it first opened, beer was cold, service was good. I am sad to say a lot has changed in the past year or so. The good: Sports was on the big screen! The Bad: 1.) Waiting for someone to seat us took too long for a near empty restaurant. 2.) Beer arrived after we ate our appetizer 3.) Appetizer was a plate of nachos with 5 beans some lettuce and a spoonful of cheese and meat *not nearly ultimate* 4.) Our check arrived before our wings, the waitress thought we already ate the wings she didnt bring us. 5.) The wings arrived, with the wrong serving size. The wings were not the flavor we ordered, and tasted like someone tossed sauce on some already cooked wings.

I would not comeback. You can only order burgers as well done. Which means burnt to a crisp. Wings were good, beer selection was good, ambiance was good. If you want a good burger dont bother. They told us they dont use high enough grade beef to cook burgers as medium.

I feel like their crispy chicken is close to cafeteria quality. I ordered no tomatoes and it had tomatoes. Also, no sour cream on loaded nachos?!? BS. Nothing to write home about at this chain. Definitely room for improvement.

Bartenders are great with exception of Josh. If hes there just opt to sit at table and be waited on. Dave, Erica, John are awesome. We try to get there when they are working. Food is always excellent. Good beer variety

Food is good. Fries are tasty. Boneless wing lunvh is good. Service is below average, nearly poor. Typical manager walks around asking how things are and sees empty glasses and does not offer a refill.

I can say that I have been coming here for the entire time it has been open and can only count a few times where I had a "bad" experience. Which was caused by a waitress that no longer works here.

The service is good, but the food has fallen to mediocre since opening. I do like that they are active in the community with kids sports sponsorships. Not bad, but there is room for improvement.

Your typical wing place. Lots of TVs with various sports and lots of flavors to chose from. Good family experience but nothing mind blowing. Servers were great and we had a good time.

Just left, we were seated in the bar area and after 15 minutes with no acknowledgement. 3-4 waitress walked by us and never even said sorry we will be right with you. Never again!
