My family visits this location often. We are typically very satisfied. Unfortunately, tonight we went in to support Edgewater Elementary PTA fundraiser. Any school event makes for an extremely crowded and busy time. Due to this my husband went inside and ordered our food to-go. Not only were some items incorrect but, we were charged for a full size quesadilla, not kids, and 2 additional tacos that we did not order and did not receive. I was disappointed to say the least because we didnt realize until we were home and due to the crowd, it wasnt worth going back. My 4 stars comes from the fact that I emailed customer service online in regards to the issue, not expecting a response or much in return, just wanted them to be aware of the situation. Well, to say I am impressed with their customer service is an understatement! Within 30 min of my original email, Tara with customer support, had emailed me a personal apology with offer to bring us in to make up for the mistake. Also, would make the location aware to try and prevent future mishaps. Mind you, everyone at this location has always been extremely nice and professional so this was just an additional guarantee we will continue to bring our business back!

You guys need to figure it out. Ive been a long time customer at this location specifically and had no problems until the last few months. My family and I are very regular here ordering at least once a week if not more. Lately it has been nasty chicken, small amounts of everything, slow service, being blatently ignored when standing in line, and even being accused of not paying for my food when waiting for my burrito to be fixed for 20 minutes after they get it mixed up with an online order. The quality of employees here just isnt what it used to be. No one seems to be trained at all. Burritos are always poorly made and wrapped. And most of the staff seems in another world when you talk to them. And in end of all of that all I get is an Im sorry and a BOGO burrito card. Then get home and find out. The burrito is STILL WRONG. I dont even want the sorry or the free stuff. I just want what I ordered correctly and high quality again!

just got the worst taco ever from a chipotle!! the one in edgewater we have tried several times~~but today is the last time. steak tacos had 5 little pieces of steak on them had to practically beg to have ingredients put on them. the smallest amount ever received was today. sour cream(less than a teaspoon on each~couldnt even taste any!),mild and med salsa was sufficient,had to ask twice for cheese and lettuce. they tried to put like 6 shreds of cheese and even less lettuce. Worth the 20 extra minute drive from south county to go get them at the Mall~~or just go to taco bell instead!

Ive been here several times and the food is consistently not up to par. The Chipotle in Westfield Mall is FAR BETTER!! The veggies here are always overcooked and the rest of the food seems underseasoned. DO NOT come here to satisfy a Chipotle craving, you WILL be disappointed. Going to try the Panera next door next time.

Unfortunately, the staff at this this location do not understand cross-contamination. If you have any food allergies, or a desire to not have servers put soiled gloves in your food, avoid this location. Attempts to talk to the staff/management have been met with unnecessary hostility.

My last visit before today was amazing. Everyone was at their station and ready to help me. Today though all the employees kept talking to one another instead of listening to me while I ordered and it took a lot longer then it normally does when I go to chipotle....

Chipotle overall is one of my favorite spots for lunch. I like the Edgewater location due to its proximity to my office and that theyre not as busy as the mall location. My order has always been correct, the staff is courteous, and the store is generally clean.

Slow service, they break a full line to do the online orders. Not fun to sit at Chipotle on a Saturday waiting for 9 online orders to be done when there are two registers and 10 people working, someone needs to learn how to multi-task and time management.
