Saturday, September 6th I ordered two (2) sandwich party platters from this location for an event that was held the next am (9/7). I pick the platters up at 9:00p the same day. The staff person said all I had to do was to refrigerate them. The platters were stored in the refrigerator (never open) until the next morning when they were being served (11:30am, when the platters were open several bugs (fruit flies) covering the sandwiches flew out. I immediately put the lid back over the sandwiches and called the store. There was no answer. I call several times (11:38a, 12:46p, 2:14p, 7:30p). The next morning (9/8), took my receipt and spoke to the manager on duty, explained to her the platters were bug infested. She said I should I brought them back. I explained to her I was in DC and was not able to return them, I called several times to inform the manager but no one answered the phone. She then call the owner Jenny Yao, I spoke to her explained the bug infested platters and again and she said you should have brought them back. I can’t do anything without the seeing platters. Explained to her I was not able to bring the back, was not I able to feed the staff and was not putting bug infested platters in my vehicle. She offered no compensation and did not even apologize. Needless to say the customer service at this location is lacking and I will not eat or refer anyone to this location. This is sad and disappointing, because we eat lunch daily, ordered several party platters and have been supporting this location for over 10 years.

Its okay not the cleanse one I been in but food was fresh. Little small and always crowded they were next to the courthouse. So if you want something quick this is the place. They speak English in there so the chance with your order getting messed up is minimized

I decided not to cook and I said sandwiches for dinner. I brought three footlong sandwiches and one of them was the a stake sandwich and the meat was spoiled. check your food before you leave. 1/18/2015

Really needs at least 2 workers and a cashier through lunch and dinner rushes. It makes getting a sandwich a difficult proposition during limited work lunch release.

If you are looking for poorly trained staff, burned sandwiches, limited meat and people that cant follow direction. This is the location you should go. POOR SERVICE.

Slow service (no line), locked bathrooms. Charged me for coffee when clearly sign says "free coffee with purchase of any breakfast sandwich" still... tasty.

Great SUBS. You can choose ingredients and sauces and they even give the option to grill the cheese on the sub . Cookies are great too!
