The female dark manager with an accent and the tall cashier Rae Ann, who were on duty on Sunday morning about 11.30am 6-11-17 should be put in check as they exhume lack of professionalism and customer services. I dont know how you will take a customers order and yet be deciding within each other what to give the customer or not!!! Even after the cashier got the order wrong!!! This is down low and they will ruin the reputation of the store if care not taken. For crying out loud you pay for the order and yet you feel as if you are being offered for free. Each time the order is being bagged the manager will run to her and ask "what again"... like seriously!!! Not ruling out the fact they waste your time unnecessarily and yet you leave VERY disappointed and dissatisfied. I will not be going back there, bear in mind we also have Roy Rogers and the likes who offer great services and good food. Its a big shame coming from this store I once enjoyed going to!!!

The chicken is Popeyes but the service is sorry. Instead of directing the customers to each open register, they allow the people to stack up out the door in a SINGLE CUE. Its the stupidest way I have ever seen any Popeyes operate. They dont have a drive thru, so you would think that they would have the whole "walk up to the counter and place your order" thing down pat. Evidently, these guys never got the memo and never watched how it is done at another Popeyes.

Poor management. Poor staffing. Slow customer service. There is never enough cashiers and you wait for 20+ minutes almost every time. Not only do you wait because there is one slow cashier helping 10 people at dinner time but nothing is ever ready so you then have to wait another 10 minutes for your tenders too. If it werent Sunday, Id be at Chick-fil-A.
