Thoroughly unimpressed. I read a review of this place on Yelp. Sounded interesting and figured Id try it out. I like to know what all the local pizza places are like. The Yelp review claimed everything was made fresh and it was the best pizza ever. Blah blah blah. So I went there for the first time today. I should note that the ad I got in the mail this week says you can order online, but their website is as yet totally nonfunctional. Only an "under construction" page comes up. Strike one. At the counter, the guy seemed clueless about their own menu. I had to point to the menu to show him what I meant, and what the prices were. Strike two. They said 10 or 15 minutes. It took at least that--it certainly wasnt a "matter of minutes" like the Yelp review said. And only toward the end did the guy ask whether I wanted "hot" or "mild" boneless wings. Strike three. Finally, I got the stuff and my friend and I headed home. Opened the "boneless wings" and discovered theyre more like soggy chicken nuggets than the chicken tenders/fingers type of thing other places call "boneless wings". They come with fries, but the fries are bland, and I dont care for fries anyway, so I threw them away. Included in the box were a single serve packet of Kens ranch dressing and three packets of generic tomato ketchup. The pizza itself was mediocre. Nothing to set it apart from any of the other local places. I did not see the guy make it from where I was sitting so I cant say how they make it, only what it ends up like. I could sort of make out some pepperoni and mushrooms and sausage in the mess, but the sauce was not particularly tasty and the toppings were both skimpy and practically flavorless. Laurel, as far as I can tell after two years, has a dearth of good pizza. This place is below average. The only two places Ive found satisfactory are Pizza Time, which for some ridiculous reason just recently changed its name to Pizza Primetime, and La Pizza Banca. They arent as good as Genovas up in Hampstead/Westminster, nor most of the pizza places from my college days in Worcester, MA, but they are the best Ive found around Laurel. Even Pizza Bolis is better than this place. Dont waste your money on La Mia. They clearly dont have their act together, and you can get better pizza at other places in the area. I would also add that the tone of the Yelp review and the five-star rating, compared with the utter lack of organization this place has demonstrated, makes me suspect the Yelp review is nothing more than a shill.

So, we ordered continuously from this business. However, the time before last, the driver sexually harassed my girl friend by continually backing up and eyeing her crotch, and making very obvious lewd facial expressions. I was mad when I heard about it but let it go. Later that night though the driver them used my girl friends number to call her, and then text her the following morning. We used a call tracking service to find out who it was and found out it was the very driver that sexually harassed her. We contacted them directly, and they claimed to have fired him because of his abuse of power and obscene behavior. So, we let bygones be bygones, and my gf ordered again last night, again from them and they had not only kept the guy working there but was going to send him back to our apartment again. The driver we got however, claimed that the guy was new and they needed to work with him. Im currently contacting corporate, the bbb, and possibly the police. Be warned do not order from these people....

Today I went there for my dinner and brought a large half pepperoni and spinach and feta pizza. Before leaving I opened the box to look at the pizza to see the presentation, the spinach looked thrown on there and there was only a couple of pepperonis of the other half. I asked the manager (because thats who I guessed he was) if he could make the pizza over to make it look more presentable and to add more pepperonis, but he than refused and said it fine the way it is. Also, instead of the pizza looking like a large it looked like a medium, I really wanted a refund at that point but he than refused and he told me he wasnt giving me a refund. My husband calmed me down before I could get angry but I was pissed being stuck with a medium, that wasnt presentable to my liking. I will never go to that place again and I dont recommend anyone else go either.

I ordered pizza tonight because my two year old baby boy loves pizza. I figured I would give this place a try over well established places like Dominos and Pizza Hut...I should have gone with anyone else. I ordered online at 6:27p.m....at 7:35 I called the place to check on the delivery as it had been over an hour since I had placed my order...I was told that my order was on its way... at 8:07, I finally received delivery of my pizza, salad and fries ($41.08), yeah, for a medium pizza, fries and a salad. The pizza was colder than if I had picked it up and drove for an hour back to my place....the fries were cold also and soggy. I called to let the manager know and I was offered credit for a future order... highly doubt that I will be calling this place again. Wasted $41...should have called another pizza place.

Freeze rotted and thawed, sopping wet, grey, discolored "turkey" on a so-called turkey wrap on stale, disgusting tortilla. NO ONE would eat this. Manager claimed it was good when I called. He made zero apologies for the rotten and freeze rotted food and refused a cash refund for my cash paid but brought more of the dried out chicken bites instead. AWFUL food, outrageous customer service in response to literally uneatable "food". Health department would shut this filthy place down if they knew. This was yesterday. I was sick all night at home as a result with Pepto guzzling just to sleep. This place needs to be shut down with these kinds of rotten offerings and service. Truly sick.

Since the old owners have left, this place SUCKS AND WONT GET ANYMORE OF MY BUSINESS. The food is not made the same and the replications are not even close. The looks they give when people come in are deadly! I have never felt so uncomfortable. The whole family is there all hours of the night as well... including children. How unprofessional? Save your money -- the other owners were more respectful and accomodating. I have had to take my food back more than once to this place and then treated as if I did something wrong because my food wasnt RIGHT! We used to order from here once a week. NEVER AGAIN.

Christmas Eve after 8pm there arent too many places open, this place was. Nothing is better than a fresh pizza on a saturday night and this place delivered(no pun intended)...with flying colors. The pizza was hot, ingredients fresh and tasted much better than Ledos, Papa Johns and Dominoes. They are located on Main St laurel, so we simply picked up on our way home, but they do delivery also. We also had the cheesy bread sticks which is really a small pizza w/o the sauce. I highly recommend this place and will order my pizza from here from now on.
