Weve been meaning to try this spot for a while now... and after reviewing their menu on line, I was prepared to order a delicious burger.... BUT, once there we were encouraged by Timothy Dean himself to check out what was cookin on the outside BBQ. Um, yes please!!! We ordered a full stack of ribs and never looked back. They were PERFECTLY seasoned, had wonderful flavor, and now I cant stop thinking about them. They also have brisket and chicken which we will def be back for. The service was excellent. Everyone was so nice, and you could tell that they really wanted to make sure that you enjoyed your meal. It was a great experience, and I cant wait to come back for more... hopefully Ill get a chance to have a burger, but thats only if I can get past the awesome BBQ...

Burgers were delicious, but service was absolutely terrible. After ordering a round of beers when we first sat down, it took nearly 20 minutes for those drinks to actually make it to our table (after we reminded our server). The place was not busy at all (in fact, it was almost empty) and we still had to physically get up and and walk over to the servers each time we wanted anything. Each time they brought drinks or food to the table they apologized for taking so long, but didnt seem to make any effort to get there quicker the next time. Like I said, the food was very good, but unfortunately the service that I received makes me never want to come back.

This was the first time i ate here, and i have to say i was impressed. The setup is nice they have a bar on the inside with flat screen televisions. This is more than a burger place they have pizza, ribs, and other items. The cheeseburger with bacon lettuce cucumbers and tomatoes i ordered was hug, and the fries where delicious. You have your choice to eat inside or outside they also have a outside grill were they grill there barbecue pork and ribs, beef,etc.The staff there were polite they bring the food to you. I really recommend this place.

I am shocked that this place had such decent reviews. At 12:00PM on a Monday this place was totally empty. We walked in and while our group had a lot of requests (no buns/no cheese) we got extremely unfriendly help. It was almost as if we were bothering him. In addition, burgers that were supposed to be without cheese, came with cheese, and items we paid extra for were left off. For shame, I got a salad at a burger place. I should have known better, and it wont happen again. Overall, not the worst lunch, but definitely not good.

Ate here 2 days in a row and both days i was dissatisfied. Pizza was burned and they didnt even cut it up for us. Cheese was barely cooked but yet burnt. The sauce was imaginatively there and what was there was nasty. The burgers was extremely bland and small basically a meatball on a hamburger bun. They grilled the lettuce which was nasty. Fries was not crispy. I wish i could take back this star. I was fasting since 5am and broke my fast 830pm and this was so nasty we didnt even eat it all. I wish i could take back this star.

We ordered our food. It wasnt brought to our specifications. The Mac & Cheese had a slight sour twang to it. I asked for it to be taken off my bill and a box for the rest of my burger. The server threw my food away. They wouldnt take the Mac & Cheese off. The chef told us he would remake it. It came out 30 minutes after we finished our meal, and they didnt replace my food that the server threw away. Very disappointed after hearing so many great things about this place. Management is needed!

We were greeted at the door and offered a seat in the bar area. After 15 minutes of sitting with absolutely no service beinh offered, we decided to take our business somewhere else. There were only 4 other customers in the restaurant at this time, so the waitstaff was not busy at all. Upon walking out the chef/owner was just chatting with a waitress. I guess that is why she wasnt attentive to us. I will not be returning.

After living here for over a year I finally popped in to grab a burger. I was surprised to see that it is so small on the inside. I order my burger and wings to go on a Saturday afternoon and they got it to me super quick. It was quite tasted as well. I had the Abraham Burger and 10 BBQ wings. It was so good I couldnt stop eating. I was good for about 28 hours after that.

The food is amazing and happy hour has the best price in DC! This place deserves a 5 star in my plate! Will definitely recommend to all my friends in DC. With all the pretentious residents who pays for pretentious prices in DuPont, 14th St, Shaw, Columbia Heights, Capitol, Navy Yards etc. TD Burger on 3rd St in NoMA is very much a must try!

I had the Sonia from the Bronx Turkey burger! It was so good. The burger itself was grilled to perfection! It had a great crusty char on it and still very juicy in the middle. The toppings and fries were just ok. The house TD sauce was horrible, but the atmosphere will make for a great happy hour hangout! And yes, they have a full bar.

The most disgusting burger I have ever had and half done fries after a 30 min wait. Lets just say I wont be going back EVER!! Frozen burger and half done fries.. I should have just walked to Five guys...UGH!!!! I really did not want to give a star but you have to if you want to post your comment. This place deserves no stars period~

TD burger is fantastic! They have a lot of unique options. The Thomas Jefferson is a favorite. I usually make my own....a fried egg, fried onion strings, sweet chili aioli and blue cheese. Some people arent the biggest fans of the place, but for my money its the best burger anywhere near H street.

My order was wrong. They brought me the burger then 5 minutes later the onion rings. I was asked to pay for my food first even though we were dining in. The cook was acting obnoxious and had a bad attitude. I will never come here again. The burger was cold. The onion rings was the only thing hot

The Best Low Sodium great tasting Burger Place. Cook to perfection no complaints. Enjoyed it to the fullest. Someone went with me that had not eaten burger and fries in years and eat it all. The Pizza was great not salted but to taste like the rest of the foods. Recommend it 100%.

This location is way better than the Largo location. I love the full bar and my margarita was delish, made perfectly! My favorite food is the Bacon Blue Cheese Burger, OMG melts in your mouth!!! The selection of beer is wonderful too! I will be back and Im bringing friends!

I really enjoyed my wings, my burger was PERFECT and the onion rings! The fries my husband ordered left something to be desired, same with the mac and cheese my sister ordered. We ordered through Uber eats, but they no longer deliver to my area so now I have to go in.
