Had dinner here tonight because the Pho restaurant around the corner is closed on Tuesdays. So we ended up at Ledos very apprehensively because of our last visit. We should have followed our instincts and not have dinner there. We were seated, our drink order taken and given a lot of time to decide what we wanted to order. In that time the wait staff/bus boy had words with each other where it was very clear the man was obviously emotional. He stands moping around and following the girl. This goes on for at least 10 min. Our waitress comes to take our order. No emotion, no sense that she really wanted to be there. Ok, I get it you may not like your job.. Our dinner arrives. My dish was supposed to be pasta with sausage and veggies. I got all that on top of a half cup of pure grease where my food was drowning in it. I didnt even bother to say anything I was ready to go, but I stayed. My husband enjoyed his meal. He enjoyed it until the waitstaff decided to plop themselves behind me in the booth and talk amongst themselves as if they all had hearing aids. They went on and one about nothing at all. Yes we heard the conversation(s), how could we not they were LOUD. Not soon as that happened another 2 of the wait staff sits in the booth behind my husband and decides to go on and on as well. What is this? Dinner time for wait staff at the same time? The least they could have done was sit in another part of the restaurant. There was PLENTY of seating available. The restaurant was dead.... So, this leads me to the enjoyable part of our experience.. LEAVING... We gave this restaurant a second chance, however we will not be returning due to the obvious lack of waitstaff training and service. Didnt even see or sense any Management staff as well...

l posted this review a couple of months ago and there were a couple of people who found the review useful. Then I noticed that the review was taken down. Hey whats going on Google? If I take the time to write it. you should respect it and leave it posted. Otherwise you undermine freedom of expression. Here is my review as I originally wrote it: This location is horrible. Their rib special was rewarmed ribs cooked earlier in the week so they were dry and touI gh. The restaurant is a mess with plenty of employees standing around talking to each other. The silverware for the table is kept on the Hostess stand were customers coming in lean over and talk to the hostess while coughing and sneezing. It is just thrown in the bucket so that the servers and hostesses pull out your utensils often by the end that you put in your mouth. And this is after their hands have picked up trash off the floor and touched dirty plates and tables. The Hostess then sat down on the hostess stand on top of the clean napkins. It makes you wonder about what's going on in the kitchen. You wonder why a manger just doesn't step back and take a look at what is going on.

The worst experience ever! My family and I came to celebrate a graduation. We had reservations but we were running a little late we called multiple times to let them know. They told us we were fine and still will be seated, but when we arrived we had to wait about 45 mins to be seated. The we had to wait an additional 45 mins for our food to come out. Then on top of of all that our pizza was disgusting it was all dough and toppings no sauce! We complained to the manager and she had an offensive attitude and didnt care about our frustrations. The owner only granted 25 percent off our check. I hate to bring up race but we were the only customers of color. I am wondering if the poor service had something to do with that. This is the worst Ledos experience ever...we will not be back.

The pizzas were good, but not memorable. While they have a light fluffy crust its not durable enough to eat with your hands. The sauce is a good traditional style, but lacks a unique personality. Still this is one of the better pizza places in College Park. The service was quick, but with a slight attitude when asking for recommendations, but they may just have been my server and not representative of all staff. I ate there and dont think the pizza would do so hot as delivery due to the thickness, but havent tried. The slices of pepperoni were thick and greasy in a good way. The best most flavorful element was the house Italian dressing which I highly recommend. If youre looking for a an alcoholic drink with your meal their selection is mediocre at best.

OK 2 BIG MISCONCEPTIONS HERE. The ledos here is the orginal restauraunt, but not at the orginal location (adelphi plaza on University Blvd). And the orginal ledos restaurant (this one) the chain are NOT the smae thing. This happened at the result of a big corporational dispute. Now for the actual review, im VERY disappointed in the new location of the orginal. new location = new stoves = new taste = not the same thing as at the original location. This also means that the feel of the place is different. the bad type of different. The restauraunt is WAY too bright beause it has windows on 3 sides, where at the original, the only way you could see out was through the entrance. This move should be considered a tragedy for the DC area. Very Disappoined.

I love Ledos pizza and I really wanted to make this a go-to spot, but the food really is lackluster. Theyll bring food out SO quick that you know its been prepared a long time ago and just warmed up. We did have a buffet here once (the waitress couldnt explain what days/times its offered) and that was no good either. Ive noticed sanitary issues here including dirty tables. Still, if all you want is Ledos pizza, then this place fits the bill. But if youre looking for a nice, sit-in Italian experience, this is not the place to go.

I came in by myself and got funny looks when I ordered something "off the menu" that is available at any other Ledo Pizza. I realize the menu is different but still it probably was not the first time someone had ordered a buffalo chicken calzone. I was told to wait 25 minutes and while I was waiting I witnessed the cashier answer the phone, put the person on hole, and continue a conversation with a coworker. The food was also not what I expected and was not very good. I probably will not go back.

I go for carryout once in a while, and the carryout was bad until there was that one blonde guy there and he seemed to know what he was doing. But the cooks always mess up my order and the managers dont know how to resolve a problem. One looks like he cries whenever something goes wrong and the other one looks like shes trying to be 20 years old and none of them ever fix anything. Okay for food, horrible service. Also, the restaurant smells like sewage half of the time

Excellent service, terrible food. My lasagna was brought up in around five minutes, along with buffalo wings and spaghetti with meatballs. I have no idea how they cooked the anything that fast, especially the lasagna. The lasagna didnt taste like it was right out of the oven and the wings were too sour. Caesar salad was too sour as well. Not coming back, would give a zero star if possible, the only star is for our waiter.
