Where do I began...This is the 2nd time Ive had Ledos and maybe the last. I came in and placed my order.I asked the manager if the store was a franchise.Somehow,the store just didnt feel right (RED FLAG).After placing an order worth 40.00 dollars I knew it was going to be good. I came back and there was a woman sitting waiting for her order. The young man asked me my name and handed me a pizza. Come to find out it was the womans order that was sitting there for 15 minutes. Lets just say,she was not happy. Then I was asked if I had paid in advance for my order(2nd RED FLAG) by someone else. My reply to him was ...you are employed here you should know Ledos policy when ordering. Ok, finally I get my order,took it home and after bragging about my first Ledos experience (which was 5 star !) I wanted to bring the food back. One word, HORRIBLE. Sorry, I have to go now before Pizza Hut closes.

I called, they placed my order. Thirty minutes later, they claim they never got that order. After leaving, they call back five minutes later to say that they had the name wrong. While in the store, I asked if there was a similar order with a different name. They said "no". After going back to get the pizza, the pizza was in the oven as if they had just taken the order. Unprofessional, untimely, and lack of courteousness. No discount and no reason to come back !!

My pizza was so greasy, it nasty. There was so much grease on our veggie pizza you could fried chicken from the grease. The manger offer no refund or credit. Maybe because I am black woman with a black family we must love grease. DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION. PS NO ONE SPEAK ENGLISH WHEN THERE IS A PROBLEM.

Was charged a 15% gratuity on top of the bill, manager says it was because most customers dont leave tips. THERE WAS A SMALL TIME POSTED IN THE DINING ROOM. You really had to look for it to find . Because it was on a credit card he couldnt take it off. But hell take care of me on my next visit. Right!

Ive been looking for a decent place to eat for the past month or so. Ledos is the best place in town. I will be back to try the pizza and sandwiches. Everything looked good. My stromboli was amazing. The place was clean, good food and good prices. Try it and you wont be disappointed.

Best crust on a Ledos pizza I have EVER had, and I grew up in Maryland so Ive had more than my fair share of Ledos. Parking lot and surroundings are a little dicey (this area is still turning over) but its safe and clean at the Ledos. Dont hesitate to order from there or dine-in.

Ledos in Marlow Heights has the best pizza of all the Ledos Ive tried. Its always delicious and baked perfectly. Add some wings and youve got a perfect meal.
