What I am writing is not a reflection of the quality of the product, but the service, or lack thereof. I frequently stop at this location and have since it opened last year. As is true with most post grand opening experiences, service levels plummeted dramatically in the weeks following. However in this location there are bright spots, such when management comes to visit. Ive seen this happen several times. Suddenly the staff is super friendly and greets you as you walk in. They go out of their way to get you taken care of as efficiently as possible. However, in cases like this morning where you have 3-4 employees congregating at the drive thru and no one so much as says hello, the contrast is stark! Several people walked by and looked on but no one offered to assist. Im not high maintenance but would like to be able to anticipate the levels of service Ill be receiving, especially on a busy weekday when Im on my way to the office. If you have surveillance cameras you should review them occasionally. Im sure Im not alone. As for the product, it is as you would expect, excellent.

When ordering my donuts I had to tell the young man three times what I wanted When I arrived home my order was not correct I wont be returning there again My friend who drove me there had also purchased donuts while waiting to pay a lady in front of him in a line accidentally bumped into him and he spilled coffee on himself and was burnt The staff was really of no help at all only to tell him dont worry about the floor they had it meanwhile he had burnt himself and wet his doughnut box when he asked if he could get new box for his donuts they gave him the box and didnt offer to transfer them into the The new one. Other than a wad of paper towels the help absorb any coffee that was on his clothes and shoes We do understand Krispy Kreme did not create the initial action But they could have made the situation a lot better by being more customer friendly To say the lease his experience in your establishment was very unsatisfying and painful I on the other hand was totally unhappy because my order was incorrect Thank you Terry Taylor

Nice polite staff but I ordered a dozen donuts only got 10 called the store they picked up after the 5 time of me calling I ask for a manager he says hold on 5 mins later how can I help you then says hold on 5 mins later another man gets on the phone how can I help you hold on like wth at this point Im irritated you both keep saying hold on then saying I dont know how that happen ummmmmm your employees cant count thats how that happen but u can come back and get your 2 donuts I GUESS. Long story short count your donuts before you leave not much results until I had to become aggressive then they offered to replace the whole dozen

I live in white plains Charles county Maryland and work in Prince Georges county Maryland I cant believe pg got a krespy kream donut before Charles county did . I love the sonic There as well its almost like I never left home I go there on my lunch break sometimes but seeing the pg area trying to improve itself with nice eateries is nice to see it still have a long ways ago . Im surprised prince Georges dont have a Friendlys restaurant or Roy Rogers , Orange Julius ,

They were extremely slow and there were only about two people with appropriate customer service. Not to mention when I went to pay the cashier gave me the incorrect change I brought a dozen donuts (9.99) and paid with a $20 bill she only gave me $5 back and when I spoke up about it he/she caught an attitude the manager insisted heir register was actually 12.50 short and he could not give me my $5.

This posting is based on the staff only! Some of the staff is terrible and lazy! On the other hand, some of their staff members are amazing. Go there when Jose is there. He and a few of his fellow crew members are awesome. Now the location. Easy to find, easy to access, and the donuts are amazing. I love Krispy Kreme donuts over anyone else.

I was in town from NYC for a wedding I had a massive craving for krispy kreme. The light wasnt on for hot glazed but I didnt let that bother me. One of the servers had a bad attitude. It almost ruined my entire experience. I came 4 hours away to almost have my dream destroyed. The hot blueberry donut made up for it.

The people who work here make the experience worth everything. They did a great job managing the incredibly taxing 80th anniversary and showed no signs of fatigue, even as it neared closing. My sincerest compliments to the lovely staff.

Great customer service. The staff was polite and the manager was friendly and present at the register. Gave them a 5 based on service but had to change the rating bc the order was incorrect...check the box before you pull off.

I cant give them more than a 3 because they turned the hot sign on and had no glazed. They assumed it was ok to turn the hot sign on because they had hot chocolate donuts. Totally unacceptable!

Disappointing stop. Donughts advertise was unavailable after we sat in drive thru. Staff friendly but said they stop making donughts in the morning. Mmm, we found a Dunkin Donuts instead.
