My husband and I have been going to BWG since it opened and have enjoyed the relaxed atmsophere. We never know which friends, old and new we will run into there. The wine selection is incredible, and you pay shelf price even when dining. Not sure which to select? The wine consultant, Dean is a wealth of knowledge and offers great suggestions in all price ranges. Beer choices are many as well. BWG offers a variety of lite fare, sandwiches, salads and the hottest soups temperature wise you will find anywhere. My husbands favorite is the chicken tortilla soup. Robs staff is friendly and helpful. A great local place - Love it!

I have heard wonderful things about this place for years now. Small parking lot, which is always full. Decided to do carry out, instead. They INSISTED that a tip be added. I pointed out that its carry out. The staffer said he was aware of that. I looked to another, nearby staffer, who nodded. So, I added a couple bucks. The crabcake sandwiches were okay, but not great. They change out their signs, so it looks like the options change, which is exciting. Unfortunately, I wont be trying any of them.

I had such a memorable experience dining at Blue Wind Gourmet. About this time, 2 years ago I shared my first meal with the love of my life. My meal was delicious, I had (seared) Tuna over a salad. Just simple & perfectly prepared. This was my first experience dining there and also first time trying a sesame ginger dressing on the Tuna Salad with the mixture of avocado and crumbles it was AMAZING. Ive never enjoyed a salad like I did that day and every time I go by to get it still....

I have never had anything off the menu that wasnt to die for! The service is quicker then sitting through most fast food drive thrus in St marys, so you might as well get something worth eating. Prices are slightly above that of panera or even chipotle, but its worth it. I usually order to go because the seating is limited and its just easier to get some food and go. They also have a great selection of wine.

I have had experience with this place on the inside. Rob claims to be a chef but all the food is pre-made. The chicken,soft shell crabs, lamb,ect,ect..... comes from a frozen bag. There is 2 ovens and a microwave there. This is not real food. He treats his employees like garbage and is lying to all his customers where the food comes from. Its all processed and no way whatsoever made from scratch in any way.

Very disappointed after reading some great reviews here. Had the Crab Cake sandwich which was okay but completely overpriced for what it was. The salad was fresh. Basically the place was overpriced. If you like wine and beer the have a great selection.

Food and the service is top notch. The crab cake is my favorite in the county and Im a native get the crab cake or crab melt on focaccia with remoulade sauce with a sesame ginger side salad!!! I also love the roasted asparagus and goat cheese.

Crab cake sandwich is the bomb! My daughter says the chicken avacado sandwich is the best! Also a huge fan of the asparagus and goat cheese salad!!! And the environmentally friendly trays and flatware are fantastic. Thanks Blue Wind!

Cant find the rum I enjoyed when under previous ownership. New ownership charges for tastings. Food was quite good. Still, having experienced the quality delivered by the previous owners...

I love blue wind. Being a collee student its sometimes hard to afford high-quality/gourmet food bye blue wind is a consistent, delicious and inexpensive favorite. Im actually here right now!

Good eatery. Prices are a bit steep, but probably worth it. Great wine selection. Parking is always horrendous. Try the garbage sandwich, it doesnt disappoint!

Its hiy or miss. Ive had it before where my salad tasted like dirt. Not sure how well lettuce is washed. Not a bad place to visit for a bite to eat.
