Their tea is lipton and twinings. The cheapest tea, bitter and acidic. $4-5 for a cup of "London Fog" = twining earl grey tea steamed. I asked for a matcha frappucino very lightly sweetened. Only they made a milkshake with each mouthfull a load of sugar! Fresh matcha is dark green. Their matcha is light green. Light green = old matcha = to be thrown away, which is what Japanese people do. Also, matcha powder mixed with sugar means you cant change the strength of the drink. Pre-made mixes means companies are saving money by adding sugar to the tea. I liked the scone and cookie samples. And the barista/cashier was very kind and changed my drink.

I am a local and have been living and working in Annapolis downtown for the past 10 years. I like the coffee here, its allot better than the competitors coffee down the street. I usually get a bite to eat here in the morning as well. Today, I was pleasantly greeted by a young man named Orsi, what a great disposition he had! Unfortunately I cannot say the same for the young lady who was working with him that morning... I have always had a pleasant experience at City Dock and the employees really are the ones who make a difference! Anyway, I am writing this in the hopes that this young lady puts a smile on her face for the next customer.

Nothing. Awful overroasted coffee with imbecile baristas who steam the milk to cheese and make a every beverage have so much foam that you cant drink it. But before they give you your botched machiatto they act like youre ignorant by saying so snobbily "do you want a REAL machiatto?" YES OTHERWISE I WOULD NOT HAVE ORDERED ONE. The building itself is nice and its in a great location but the coffee is horrendusly bad and they someone manage to be more pretentious then ceremony the only thing is ceremony has an excuse because theyre coffee is incredible.

Its the right place at the right time. Prices and portions were consistent with other places selling coffee and tea beverages. There are high-top tables in the front of the café and low-top tables behind the condiment bar. People play chess and other board games here, and have for many years. Across the street is the revitalized Annapolis Market, a smaller version of Seattles Pike Place. The waterfront area offers plenty to see and this café offers respite and refreshment.

Great place that has been around town forever serving great coffee. Stars marked off for inaccurate hours and routinely closing 15-30 minutes before advertised hours. I just walked there and it was closed at about 7:40 with nobody left in the store, and the doors locked. I went up the street to Red Bean, got coffee, and walked back across the Eastport bridge in time to post this 6 minutes after their advertised close time.

just wow. went in for a large coffee, oj, piece of oound cake and a TOASTED bagel. after a few other people came and went a asked about my bagel - she had forgotten. i said ok i am in a rush how about a muffin instead, whats the cost difference ahhhh 5 cents not wait 1.05... then she goes for the bagel. the bagel tasted microwaved and the PLAIN pound cake was lemon. both went straight in the trash. nice.

One of the most unwelcoming coffee shops I have ever been; I have been in many of them in the world! Both ladies behind the counter was moody! Coffee tasted bitter (at least they could have get that right!)

City dock is usually packed, touristy, and dirty, with weak coffee. If you are a serious coffee drinker try Cafe Pronto. They make a killer cappuccino, and about 6 drip coffees made by the cup.

Nice small coffee shop located by the waterfront. Great place to grab a coffee when its cold out. The food is ok, worth a try. Coffee is decently priced and tasty. Big fan of the Chai.

City Dock Coffee is one of many Restaurants in the area which shows Annapoliss beauty. Its also near to the United States Naval Academy & the Harbor.

Warm and inviting atmosphere. Makes a good meet up spot for friends or study spot for college students. Most of the employees are very nice.

Drip coffee is usually rather strong and espresso options are a bit on the watery side. Seems more of a tourist trap.
