Me and my guy have very different tastes, but there was a breakfast sandwich there to WOW both of us. We had never eaten at Einstein before today and the menu was very busy. Lol. We ended up with a to-go order, but sat down last minute and the staff surprised us by bringing our food to the table. Friendliness and a clean store made the experience special. The sandwiches were awesome! At store 2712, Asia gave us VERY PATIENT, outstanding service with a fantastic smile!

Staff rude !!!!! Flies flying all over bagels.... I told the staff theres a fly on the bagel... instead of addressing it, cashier said something smart about the me the customer to a coworker. I asked what she said, she said... I was talking to my coworker!!!! I smiled and walked out! Too much money to eat fly poop and take rudeness from workers. Moving along... will report to BBB

12:15 & out of but a few bagels. Very rudely told they arent responsible when people come in and buy a dozen. ITS LUNCH TIME! I was not the only customer to walk away.

Friendly staff and good food. Preparation is usually quick as well. If you plan to frequent more than once, I recommend buying the reusable mugs.
