I am just completely disgusted. I LOVE Mexican foods. If theres a nearby Mexican restaurant Im definitely there. But that changed completely when I went to Chevys. The salsa is pretty good and the chips are okay, but I just full out GAGGED when I tasted the guacamole. It was completely tasteless! There were shards of lettuce in there that were just awful and so out of place. We talked to one of the employees and I was disgusted by his response: "Well maam to be fair Guacamole really doesnt have a taste." I mean come on! Qué es lo que te pasa?! I have had guacamole many places and they were packed with GREAT flavores! And if "guacamole really doesnt have a taste" then why are you selling it?! Fortunately they took it off of our bill. And as if that wasnt enough, I ordered an entree. First of all, the food came out very late, so thats points off. And second, I almost threw up the tamales. I dont know how they could call them tamales. It tasted like someone got frozen tamales, warmed them up, and then slapped them on a plate!! My Tía got the quesadillas and threw them back on the plate. They were horrible the cheese tasted horrible and it was stone cold (keep in mind she just got This) Oh, and any drink except the water is a joke. The Lemonade tasted like someone squeezed expired limes and lemons in their. The only reason I drank some of that was because I needed to rinse out that horrible tamale basura! The only reason that I give this a star is because the service is very good. Most of the servers were very nice and understanding. But I will NEVER EVER come back here! Entiendes? However if you would like some chips and salsa for a light snack, Chevys could be a backup place for that. BUT ONLY THAT!

Went to this venue on a Tuesday with my guy and a friend of his that recommended the place. This establishment is located adjacent from Bonefish Grill, so Ive seen the spot many times but had never been. The outside structure/stucco is nothing special nor anything bad either. We arrived around 1pm and it was fairly empty, which Im not complaining about. (Quicker and better service, imho). We all ordered a different kind of Margarita, with me adding a sidecar of Tequila b/c I thought it would be weak w/out it...I was wrong...it was NOT weak in the least and the sidecar was not necessary at all. The drinks were delicious...I had a total of three! I was feeling a strong buzz after and actually had a slight hangover, which I rarely ever have! I highly recommend this venue! Our bartender/waiter was name Shane(sp). He was not only awesome and friendly, but he made us some righteous drinks. Will visit again soon!

Terrible. I wish I would have been able to order things the way I wanted them, but our server was so terrible I just gave up. Im a vegetarian. I just wanted beans, and to know if the sauces contained meat. I felt like I was bothering her. She had 3 tables. So, we ate, and the food that we got wasnt even good. The Chile Relleno was deep fried, and it was like a wet sponge. Just not good at all. Youd be better off at Chipotle. At least they cater to your wants and needs. She checked on us once, and it was because I made strong eye contact. Just awful. Dont waste your money here if you want to know whats in the food. Their staff doesnt know.

As a server here, I can tell you the fajitas and quesadillas are muy excellente! Margaritas and wings as well! I avoid the mexican classics (enchiladas, tacos, etc).... Not really my cup of tea. But what amazes me is how many guests walk out without paying!!! Not just teenagers, but grown adults in suits!!! Can someone PLEASE explain this to me???? Been in food service for a long time and NEVER have seen such blythe disregard toward paying ones bill!

Never in my life did I wait over 20 minutes to place an order. They have plenty of other people standing around not doing anything. Nobody can assist? Whoever our waitress was needs to be FIRED! horrible customer service all around. I will never go back no matter what. You just lost a customer for life Chevys. Btw I walked out with my son who was starving. Congrats Chevys, you must want children to starve even when youre not busy!!!

Im not one to usually eat Mexican food or to write a review. Thought Id give this place a try for lunch. What to get? Tacos are safe. So I got the steak tacos. Absolutely terrible. The steak was almost inedible. The little there was of it. The beans had that dried up film on top. Ill just say the meal was BAD. Wont be back. Not sure why I gave it even one star. Maybe because the beer was cold.

The salsa is chunky and sweet. The chips were cold. The queso dip was laced with refried beans and salsa. The chicken quesadilla tasted like something I could get at Taco Bell. The prices are a little high in comparison to most Mexican restaurants. Im sure allot of people like this place but it doesnt come close to most smaller Mexican restaurants. The atmosphere was good and clean though.

Honestly felt baffled how people bashed this place. Saw the ratings before i entered and couldnt be more of the opposite. Good service. Great food. Great desserts especially the fried icecream. Military discount no issue. I feel people go to places and expect it to be what they want it to be. Order what you want if you want tex mex. If you dont, taco bell may be your best option

I didnt know they made new born size wings. Ordered the sampler and the wings were so tiny i would have burned more calories eating them. How does that happen... food×quantity÷size÷bmi-the age of the person that made this decision= - calories consumed.. smh. Food is nothing special, guess we are paying for the atmosphere. Well I over payed

Service was very "Poor" at Bar on 05/18/13. Imagine being served a skinny Martini in a glass used to serve soft drinks when the appropriate glass is available. We were so disappointed! Oh and the Martini, well lets just say it left a lot to be desired. Sorry Chevys, it will be a while before we return.

Best Chevys I have ever been too! Food was wonderful and the service was fast and courteous! Was a very enjoyable dining experience! I dont usually even consider tipping 20% but here I did! And I left it! I would definitely recommend this Chevys!

The bar service is Great! Talk to the bartender Blue! She is great and her drinks are Top Notch. Good customer service is hard to find, but Chevys has managed to exceed my expectations Kudos to Blue :) Thanks Chevys. See you later today.

Customer service is horrible. Taco bell has better food. Terribly mis-managed. Great business opportunity if you can afford to buy them out because they are in a prime location to bring a high end mexican food experience to the area.

We always have a great experience at Chevy s. Food is always hot and tasty. The salsa is amazing and if you havent tried the corn tamalito mmm a must. Keep up the great service we will be back.
